Great high visibility gilet
Other cyclists have stopped and said stuff like "you're wearing hi viz... why?" Well, to start I was run over by a driver, so i'd like to avoid it as much as I can because there are quite a few who really shouldn't be on the roads and you know, anything reasonable that stops the idiots killing me is a plus. I mainly bought it for some light drizzle protection and to stop child hitting my chest when I'm descending down mountains like I'm Boris Johnson running from a child maintenance bill. Works a treat. I like it but prefer the racelight one Btwin sold about 2 years back which was only let down by the lack of reflective strips on the back, this is a bit thicker and perhaps too heavy so I use it when things might get rough.
Very good buy, fits very well, I am a large xxl at 6ft 3in and the gilet fits fine.
Great fit and feels much safer than low viz!
I bought this gilet especially to be seen out on the roads whilst cycling. I already had a hi-viz jacket but this wasn't particularly breathable. The gilet allows for this and is well made. My only other comment would be that it is slightly smaller than expected, so go for a size larger.

Received this today. Good quality. I would say to any UK buyers - buy at least one size up! Generally I am a size medium, but after talking to a few friends they said I was best to buy a size L - so that I could wear this with a jumper or hoodie underneath. I am pleased to say it fits fine with just a t-shirt underneath, but also just as fine with a hoodie underneath for when its a bit cooler in the mornings. Definitely buy a size up if you want to wear a hoodie or jumper underneath.
This item of clothing is a good hi-vis gilet that fits over coats also, it has a good selection of pockets.. But I would like to also see women’s hi-vis waterproof trousers, to match this item, I.e having same reflective & hi-vis details with pockets, in women’s sizes, as you do not appear to have any hi-vis waterproof trousers for women cyclists. There are plenty of us out here looking to buy hi-vis waterproof trousers, that fit, in women’s sizes/lengths.

Breathability
To determine whether a fabric is breathable, we measure its evaporative resistance (test based on standard ISO 11092). The lower its resistance, the more the fabric will let water vapor produced by the body escape, and therefore the more breathable it is. For example: RET < 9 = extremely breathable fabric.
Waterproofing
Waterproofing is a fabric's ability to prevent rain water from passing through. A fabric's waterproofing is determined by measuring its resistance to the pressure exerted by a water column, measured in mm (test based on ISO 811 standard). The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. A material with a waterproof rating of 2000 mm resists the pressure exerted by 2000 mm of water (which roughly corresponds to a 2-hour rain shower).
Care tips
Machine wash at 86°F. Synthetics cycle. Turn the article inside out. Use a minimal amount of laundry detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Line-dry in a warm, ventilated area. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not place on a heater to dry.
