Bang on for the money, makes me look fitter than a butchers dog. I bought it to match the Triban 3 i ride, i did not realise how small it rolled up to and fit inside it's own pocket, it comes out with me at all times now, it is windproof and water resistant, but not waterproof, it never claimed to be waterproof, but still handy for a light shower.
Great value does the job
Pros very light protects from wind packs very small good quality Cons I bought size S hoping it to be tight but it sits loose especially the arms are very large. They are twice of my arm width. I am not very thin, but like any other cyclist and do not understand why they made arms so wide. There is not any sticky stuff on waist and it keeps coming up all the time.
Got this when reduced for the spring. Nice fit and appears to be of good quality, yet to be used though.

As expected
Great quality, extremely light wight & packs down to fit in the palm of your hand. It’s saved me an a couple of occasions when the temperature has dropped & fatigue has set in making me feel the cold. First class and the venting prevents sweat build up.
Bought one of these last year and found it so versatile and great value for money i bought another. Rolls up to a pocket size pack, very light but does the job of keeping the wind chill away and dry in light rain. Not a full on water proof but something to pack in your bag, back pack or cycle pocket all year round.

Used for the first time today, great product for the price. Kept warm in winds. Slightly baggy on the arms and tight in the pits when fully extended on the bars. It's not a race fit but great for 2 hours zone 2 rides in the autumn and probably winter
Nice and light and easily folds into it's own pouch, so compact enough to fit in the pocket of your jersey. The only down side is, the vents flap around when traveling at speed and creates a fair bit of noise.
Excellent light weight wind and showerproof jacket. Great for walking / cycling.

Water-repellency
Waterproofness is a fabric's ability to prevent rain water from passing through. A fabric's water-repellency is its ability to make water bead and/or run along its surface. The garment soaks up little or no moisture, dries more quickly, and doesn't become heavier. Water-repellency can also make it more difficult for its outer surface to become dirty. Water-repellency is obtained by applying a treatment to the fabric's external surface.

Care tips
Machine wash at 86°F. Synthetics cycle. Turn the article inside out. Use a minimal amount of laundry detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Line-dry in a warm, ventilated area. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry-clean. Do not bleach. Do not place on a heater to dry.
Breathability
To determine whether a fabric is breathable, we measure its evaporative resistance (test based on standard ISO 11092). The lower its resistance, the more the fabric will let water vapor produced by the body escape, and therefore the more breathable it is. For example: RET <9 = extremely breathable fabric.
Why windproof?
When cycling, your speed greatly increases the sensation of cold. An outdoor temperature of 50°F will feel like 44.6°F when cycling at 15 mph. A windproof barrier helps prevent air from entering the garment and thus reduces the loss of heat.
