Cheap & cheerful
Became loose on the first hour of usage and was always slipping
Wore this while snowshoeing in Hokkaido. Faced temps up to -15c and strong gusts of snow. I only wore a single baselayer underneath and my legs barely felt the chill. Amazing for what you pay for.
Pants are very durable and warm. I fell many times - both soft and hard - while snowboarding and no visible damage were noticed on the trousers. There is an inner elastic layer that extends from the pants at around the shin area to adjust to your legs, whereas the outer layer can be draped over your ski/snowboard boots to look better. I would not wear these while casually walking around town as they are very baggy and would hinder my movement. Otherwise, for winter sports, they are perfect.
Bought one to use while skiing in Kiroro, Hokkaido, Japan. Wore it with a Wedze base layer and the trousers kept me warm and dry on the days I went skiing (which was approximately a good 5 hours of skiing a day) plus hours more walking around the area. I found the trousers to be quite resistant to abrasion too. The two pockets are quite deep and can hold a lot of items. The trousers are manufactured for function really and not for style. Minor drawback is that the Velcro waist straps do not hold the trousers snugly in place, and a few times I felt the trousers falling down an inch or so.

I bought these to use as an insulated waterproof layer on my trip to Tromsø Norway and they did a great job.
Bought as a spare for working the ski season. Unbelievably good quality for the ridiculously low price. Warm, comfortable fit and well made. Can't go wrong.

To keep you warm, we use insulation made from recycled padding (2.1 oz/sqm). Depending on the size of the fibers, this synthetic polyester-based component stores more or less air, which insulates you from the cold.
The coating is a waterproof material spread over the inner surface of a fabric. It prevents water from seeping into the garment but allows the water vapor produced by an active body to escape. You stay dry and therefore more comfortable during your sports activity.
The resistance of a fabric to water pressure is expressed in terms of the height in mm of a water column that can be supported by the fabric (test based on the ISO 811 standard). The higher the water pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. A component with a waterproof rating of 3000 mm is therefore resistant to the pressure exerted by a 3000 mm column of water (roughly equivalent to a 2-hour downpour).
These pants have been developed with a sophisticated component and assembly that prevent water from entering and reduce wind chill to help you cope with the weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, etc.) .To validate its waterproof rating, these pants were tested under a special shower that replicates the conditions skiers have to face. We validated the waterproofing of this product by skiing for several days in a variety of different conditions.
The water-repellent property of a fabric is its capacity to make water run off its surface without absorbing it. These pants have water-repellent components that prolong their resistance to inclement weather. The fabric is made water-repellent by treating its outer surface. However, this property may deteriorate with use.
Bear in mind that the water-repellent feature can be reactivated. To do this, put the pants in the tumble dryer on the synthetic cycle for 10 to 15 minutes. You can also use a waterproof spray (sold in our stores): spray the product evenly over the entire garment, then leave it to dry for 10 to 12 hours).
It is a product that allows the water vapor generated by your body to escape during physical effort. To find out if a fabric is breathable, we measure its total evaporative resistance RET (test based on the ISO 11092 standard. The lower the RET, the more breathable the fabric. The 100 pants have an RET of 13. However, it is Wedze's high-tech solutions (zippers, vents, mesh) that reduce condensation inside the garment and maximize breathability.
To keep your legs warm and dry, 2 layers of clothing are enough: 1 ski base layer to wick away perspiration and 1 pair of ski pants to protect you from the weather conditions and provide insulation.
Our pants have elasticated gaiters at the bottom that cover the boots. If you fall or come into contact with fresh snow, the seal created by the gaiter keeps the snow out.
Regular fit with space inside for wearing the pants with a high-tech base layer.
To optimize the performance and durability of your product, we recommend: * 86°F machine wash / synthetic program. * Turn the product inside out. * Add a small amount of washing powder. Do not add fabric softener. * Wring by hand. * Dry on a hanger in a warm, well-ventilated place. Do not dry-clean. Do not leave on a radiator.
