Just what I needed
This set was actually Tektro upon inspection and was a very simple replacement for my original set up. The braking from this cable operated caliper is controllable and progressive. Now all I need is a disc compatible rear wheel before fitting the same on the rear of my mountain bike.
I have baught 2 of these to use with my road bike and they do the job. On a sunny day they're great but as soon as a spot of rain comes the performance drops more than it should. Couldn't see any other pads to try for the brakes incase I was being unreasonable.

This budget range disc brake is excellent value for money. Please make sure it is compatible with your bike before buying. I have a Montra Madrock v.2017 and it fits perfectly on it. I have replaced the stock, cheap, local brakes with a pair of these, front and rear and the feedback is excellent! The model sold is of Tektro Aries. You can look up the specs on their official website before buying. Each set contains 1 caliper, 2 mounts, 1 for front and 1 for rear, compatible with upto 200mm rotor size, 1 rotor, 1 brake cable housing and 1 brake cable along with the required numbe rof nuts, bolts and washers. One of the best and cheapest if you want to opt for mechanical ones.
Disc brake is really awesome. But I'm not able to change disc pads. I tried to remove the used disc pads from the caliper but they just don't come off as there is a screw which I'm not able to open with any l-key. Please help.
The kit is of excellent quality and fit perfectly well on my Trek 4300 26" bike front wheel. The brake feel is very progressive when compared to the earlier V brakes. The only issue I had was cutting off the extra outer and inner cable which was long to facilitate fitting the disc brake at the rear wheel.
Must buy very cheap than other market products used it in my btwin rockrider 340

This disc brake kit fits the 74mm post mount standard found on mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, touring bikes and some older design disc brake road bikes.
As long as the packaging and labels are intact and the product is in new condition, you may return or exchange it at any of our stores.

Before buying, do check that your bicycle is compatible with this product (Mounting points on Frame & Fork), alongside a Disc Brake compatible wheelset. This disc brake kit comes with the Calliper, Brake Pads, Rotor, Brake Wire, Wire Casing, Mounting Screws, Brackets and a tool wrench for installation.
