Very warm and very soft
you won't get a better burial at this price, the term up to minus 10 may be misleading because it's about the temperature in motion
Very comfy to travel in cold weather
Jacket noticeably warmer and thicker compared to MT100 which also works very well and is warm. Hood drawstring and fleece around the collar are pluses. Bought in the sale for PLN 279, great value for money.
The down jacket is beautiful, warm, slightly fitted size so for the strong take a size above to not be too tight. The cover to compact it is really poor quality and cannot be attached to the down jacket, too bad. Once compacted it is still quite big and takes up a lot of space in a hiking bag for example.

I was very happy with the jacket at first. Good cut, warm, light. Unfortunately, after the first wash after half a season, it developed an extreme smell of duck feathers and is no longer wearable. It's not the detergent, the machine or the dryer, as I washed and dried a jacket from a different brand at the same time. It doesn't smell at all. I've washed down jackets many times, always without problems and with a fresh smell afterwards. For me, a down jacket should last at least 2-3 winters and 2-3 washes and then not fall out because of the smell, but because the feathers slowly become thin and the insulation deteriorates. It's a real shame, but I can't recommend the jacket as it is.
Very satisfied with the product
Nice light jacket, unfortunately with my dimensions 186 cm and 80 kg the L size has sleeves that are a tad too short and is definitely too wide in the shoulders and looks ugly.
I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this one. This jacket is well designed and holds up to its promise of being warm, easy to stuff into any bag, and cozy. Simply looking at the jacket, the quality is top notch. Now, adding the price tag to the mix, I was left speechless. You essentially get a top quality jacket for half the price of any competitor - for the same quality (if not even better!) This has been by far my best purchase for "outdoor equipment". I use it on long ski tours, winter camping, autumn hikes, and whilst traveling in general. It's become my favorite companion, and for this price, I don't need to worry about every single small scratch or stain. So all in all, I am extremely happy with this jacket - it's my go-to, and once my current one dies on me (which, at this point, won't be anytime soon), I will definitely get the same one again , assuming they keep making these at the current quality & price.

Technical down jacket, compresses into a small sack to put in your backpack or the trunk of your car, 3 exterior pockets and two interior pockets, adjustable hood, adjustable hem, high collar with soft anti-chafing fabric, 800 fill power down and feather filling... at this price... Frankly, most of the big mountain and outdoor brands laugh at us for their prices. BARGAIN.

How warm is this padded jacket?
This padded jacket, worn as a 3rd layer, has been certified for an active comfort temperature of 14°F (-10°C) during a standardized test in a thermal chamber. The model is wearing a synthetic long-sleeved T-shirt and a light fleece underneath. It works with a simulated 3 mph wind. We have also tested this model in static mode. Its comfort temperature is 0°C in this case.
The advantages of a duck down and feather filling
The filling power of down has 3 advantages for mountain sports: - Thermal insulation thanks to the air trapped in the down and feathers.- Ultra-lightweight: down is lighter than synthetic wadding while offering the same degree of warmth. This saves even more weight in your backpack.- Ultra-compressible.
How to measure the fill power of a down and feather wadding?
The fill power is a measure of the down fts thermal insulation capacity and its potential to InchtrapInch air. It is expressed in CUIN (cubic inches). So, down with a higher fill power (higher CUIN number) will occupy more space, trap more air and provide greater thermal insulation. This puffer jacket, filled with 90% down and 10% feathers, has a guaranteed fill power of 800 CUIN (international standard) or over.

How to care for a down jacket?
The down jacket can be worn throughout the winter and will certainly need to be washed. But the less you wash it, the more it will retain its thermal insulation and water repellency.Our advice: 1/Machine wash with a detergent suitable for down or technical garments, at 30°, with 2 or 3 tennis balls. Gentle spin cycle. 2/ tumble dry with 2 or 3 tennis balls, and repeat 2 or 3 times until it is completely dry.
Water-repellent property of component (not to be confused with waterproofing)
The water repellent property of a fabric is its ability to make water run off its surface without absorbing it. This prevents the fabric from swelling, and keeps it lightweight and warm. The fabric of this down jacket is water repellent, however, we recommend that you wear a waterproof jacket over it in the rain. The fabric is made water-repellent by treating (PFC-free) its outer surface, however this property may deteriorate with use. We recommend that you restore it after each wash.
How to restore the water-repellent properties?
Once you have cleaned your padded jacket, we recommend you use a water-repellent reactivator spray to preserve the hydrophobic properties of the outer fabric. This renews the fabric’s water repellent properties and optimises its performance throughout the lifespan of your garment.
A snag? how to repair your fleece
A tear on a padded jacket can happen when trekking! The good news is that it can be repaired with a repair patch to prevent the tear from getting bigger or feathers from escaping. We have repair patches that you can purchase!
