Mesh textiles are very aerated and are not fit for practice in rainy weather. We advise you to choose the NW580 shoes. You will receive the necessary waterproofing thanks to their fabric and treatment.

Nordic walking is performed with special walking poles on all gently sloping surfaces to tone the whole body.
