Fully filled, it will theoritically exceed the carry on requirements. It will be ok at 75% full.

Ideal for adventure travel
The large central zipper does not always work well, especially when closing after 15 days of daily use.
Good for 7/8 days trek. Done KGL with this one. Would have been better if a few more compartments and the center compartment zip should have a lock system.
Decided quickly... Bought... Packed and went on hiking vacation the next day. Relatively relaxed wearing style.

Good product quality price

The self adjusting easy fit system is intuitive and, well, easy to get the perfect fit each time. The full length zip is convenient when at camp and it's too dark to dig around in the depths to find what you need. One thing that isn't ever mentioned is that the separator between bottom and top compartments is handily fitted with toggles giving you the option of two compartments or one big one. The rain cover is a nice addition if a bit heavy/bulky; it's big for the bag, like it's a one-size-fits-all affair. The one thing that irks me is the asymmetry of the external features. There's one set of trekking pole loops on the right, which is fine. Also on the right is a forward facing bottle holder, which I'm also ok with, but it does have a strange elasticated opening that takes some practice with one hand. A long expanding, zipped side pocket on the left is useful, but because it's only on one side, it gives the bag an unsightly, off-centre bulge when full. The expanding sleeve pocket on the right is very useful for quick access things, but rather than one (pocket) or the other (sleeve), it would have been more versatile with both a zipped pocket and a sleeve on each side. The one thing missing, which makes the least amount of sense, is not having a zipped hip pocket on the left like on the right. The left side hip belt is just a bit empty and non-functional. I think there might be an attachable pocket available, but if there isn't, there should be.
RAS
Used it on a 4-day trek in the Himalayas. Ergonomically designed. Easy to carry even with 10kg weight.
I have used it for the Camino de Santiago, this summer, and it has given me very good results.
Good affordable backpack
It suits me, it is adapted to my body shape, but I should not have been a centimeter taller because the height of the straps is not adjustable (I am 1m70). Otherwise nothing to complain about this bag for the other aspects (opening, storage, weight, etc.).

How to pack a backpack?
Put your bedding at the bottom. Near your back, place heavy equipment (tent, stove, food). Pack your clothes around these items. A ground sheet or tent mat can be placed under the flap or the bag (add straps) if they cannot be fitted inside. Keep a waterproof jacket and fleece at hand. In the pockets, place small items for the day (sunscreen, map, glasses...). The water bladder can be placed in the compartment generally provided down the back
10-year warranty
Our engineers have conducted tests simulating the aging of rucksacks. These tests are conducted on the components, seams and finished product. The results enable Forclaz to guarantee the tested bags for 10 years from the purchase date shown on the receipt
Product testing
All our backpacks are tested in use in the field by target users under the same conditions as they would experience in real-life use. In particular, our Test Missions bring together the product manager with people who are not affiliated with DECATHLON to test, improve and validate the products. This specific model was approved by trekkers spending 5 weeks in the Canaries, the Pyrenees and the Mont Blanc mountain range.
