Very good
Flies nicely. Catches the wind well.
This was unexpectedly good although not the easiest to fly (although no fault of the product). My five year old really enjoyed this, as did by 3 year old (although he could not do it in his own). Highly recommended.
This kite needs PLENTY of wind to fly otherwise you will struggle to use it. The pattern is great for children but the overall design could've been improved.
Durable fabric and structure. Highly recommended.
My daughter loves it
I bought this for my grandchildren as a first kite, and it was perfect for that. Very happy with the quality and it flies very well in mild to medium winds. Very happy with purchase
The gaps between the wings means that air escapes and the kite doesn't fly. I had this kite and the Dolphin kite (same day, same location, same person) and this one just would not take off. Incredibly frustrating and one very sad 5 yr old. The dolphin kite took off and we had to reel it in an hour later! Don't buy this one, get the cheaper dolphin/panda/lion version and have more fun flying!
Fantastic kite - quick no easy to put up, just one handle for the string so easy for the kids to use.

Brilliant kite for young children.
Supposed to be a birthday present, recieved it before date but disappointment as now I have a child who loved the kite but is unable to fly it cause the kite isn't functional without the string.

I apologize for the bad experience that you have faced with the Kites. As mentioned on the Caution Sticker and on the Website as per the new Government regulation we are not allowed to sell the Synthetic line as it is considered as hazardous for Birds and natural environment, so we has asked to stop selling either with the pack or separately. We can recommend you to get a cotton line in the local market and can be used with it.
