The thickness is good for comfort, and the anti-slip effect is also good
You can check it out again to see if there is a lower price. But I happen to need to stretch at home. Still can't find anything similar on the market, maybe only clever combinations can compete with it. Ah... now I realize that I don’t really need this at home. Maybe take it out and use it later. I bought it to use with a magnetic resistance cycling training platform. This 170*55 size is just right for a road bike and a training platform. If you have enough budget, you can buy a larger one.
Student: It doesn’t stop slipping when you sweat. Durability needs time to be observed. It is very rolly when unwrapped and needs time to be flattened. It’s great to have an action diagram, but it is used to wrap the product. Some packages are very tight and the product is cut when cutting, which is NG and can have a better small design.

What is the right size and thickness for your mat?
The more you exercise, the more you need a comfortable mat1. Thickness- If you're doing a gentle activity (such as Pilates) and are barefoot and exercising on the ground: opt for a mat that is at least 10 mm thick with a soft, comfy texture- If you do mainly dynamic exercises for strength training, 7 mm is sufficient.2. LengthFor Pilates or strength training, your mat should ideally be as long as or longer than your height.

How to use your mat (top/underside and cleaning)
For toning, your mat needs to grip the floor and withstand abrasion. Place the gray surface facing the floor and do your exercises on the colored side. The mat has a special anti-abrasion film so you can do your exercises while wearing shoes without worrying about damaging the mat. Clean with a damp cloth for better durability.
