Decathlon ball 450 grams not good quality for practice but when we refill the air it suddenly blast very bad experience kindly refund my money back please very much disappointed

These Pilates balls is good for my post operation strength training exercises.
it doesn’t make sense to ship a product without instructions. my ball exploded since i pumped in too much air. a size instruction would have helped me guide till what size i had to inflate the ball.
