Bands are good quality easy to carry and use at Pilates.
Good for stretching and a light workout. When you don’t have much time.

I suggest coming into your local store and replace your mat with a new one, This product if used correctly will last much longer than 2 weeks!
If you wanted a more robust mini band I suggest the one below, you can adjust the length to suit your needs. One band, many lengths. Its fastening system makes it particularly quick and easy to put on and take off.

Fabulous bands, sturdy material, definately recommend these for serious exercising
I was suggested to try using resistance bands as part of my work out regime. I initially looked at some name brand resistance bands but scoffed at the price and figured I'd try these ones as they were a third of the price and I could always update and get some name branded ones later. I was quite surprised at how well these ones are made and have regularly used them. Being how well they are made, I don't think I need to upgrade to any name brand ones. My kids are using the lightest bands themselves as well.
Looked everywhere for these bands - should have gone straight to you! Shall sing your praises.

It has been developed in collaboration with qualified coaches and contains a dozen or so exercises that you can do with your resistance bands.

Building resistance band exercises into your workout helps you train your strength while protecting your joints from heavy loads.You'll also notice that the resistance increases throughout the exercise: the more you pull, the harder it becomes.
