How to inflate your Gym Ball to your size
To be used most effectively, the Gym Ball must be the right size for your height and weight. In a sitting position, the height of your knees should be at the same height as your hips, or your knees should be slightly lower than your hips. To perform the exercises effectively, the Gym Ball must be inflated correctly based on these criteria. To save time, inflate your ball with the Gym Ball pump (sold separately).
