Product Customer Reviews

backpack pleasant to carry, wide comfortable strap, enough pockets for belongings
Too heavy
Very good product 😊 Don't wait for it to rain to take out the rain protection because it's not easy to access.
Good quality compared to lower priced models, plenty of pockets and compartments
Very good and especially for the storage pockets
Missing a strap at the hips
Very comfortable quality product.
This is the second bag of this type that I have just purchased because it is suited to my needs for urban travel and nature hiking. Lightweight, with multiple storage spaces.
He is perfect.
The series of backpacks in this price range are all great. The straps are comfortable, easy to store, and the size is just right. I have already bought three of them, and I am replacing one every year. I hope this series of backpacks can continue to be updated.
Quite comfortable to carry once properly adjusted, despite the empty weight being a bit high for me. Suitable for a day (sweatshirt, windbreaker and picnic + water). Rain protection is a plus.
Very good value for money
Very practical for carrying your belongings in an organized and accessible manner
I bought this bag because I had dimensions to respect to take the plane as hand luggage and it was perfect. I chose it for its well-placed pockets and for its aesthetic side. I used the very effective and practical rain protection because it does not take up space. I am very satisfied with my purchase
Very nice backpack! So nice in fact that I have several of them. However, my first one is of the best quality. This backpack has undergone some adjustments over the years, which unfortunately makes it not only more expensive but also of poorer quality. To date, my first backpack still feels of decent quality while my more recent one feels very cheap, the white letters on the bottom of the bag are coming loose and the zippers don't feel very sturdy either. It's a shame that cuts are being made on everything, but it is still my go-to backpack that goes everywhere!
Additional Product Information
Composition
Main fabric: 100.0% Polyethylene Terephthalate ; Main lining: 100.0% Polyethylene Terephthalate ; Yoke: 100.0% Polyamide ; Webbing: 100.0% Polypropylene ; Bag cover: 100.0% Polyethylene Terephthalate
How is volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: We fill the main compartment, as well as each pocket, with little balls. Then we empty these balls into a graduated container, which gives the equivalent volume in liters.
How to adjust your backpack?
1 - Loosen all the straps (straps, belt, load adjuster straps). 2 - Put on the backpack. 3 - Tighten the shoulder straps. 4 - Adjust the load adjuster straps as needed.
How to fill your backpack?
Put your heavy items at the bottom. Pack your clothes around these items. Keep your waterproof jacket and/or fleece within arm’s reach. Place small items for daily use (sunblock, map, glasses, etc.) in the pockets. The water bladder will be placed in the compartment provided along the back, and the water bottle in the outer flask holder pockets provided for this purpose.
Laboratory tested
We carry out several laboratory tests to validate the bag's components: fabric, buckles, straps, foam, zippers. For example, for a fabric, we test the resistance to abrasion and tearing, colorfastness when exposed to UV light and washing, and waterproofing. We also conduct tests to check the resistance of assembly using a dummy that reproduces the movements of a hiker to replicate several years of wear and tear on the bag.
10-year guarantee
Our Quechua hiking backpacks are guaranteed for 10 years. Our commitment? To provide long-lasting products that you can use for all your hikes and strolls. Because the products we love the most are those that have shared great adventures with us and will continue to do so! The guarantee covers any backpack faults, except those caused by normal wear and tear and improper use.
Product testing
It’s in France, at the foot of Mont Blanc, that our design team conceives, creates, and designs the Quechua products. We test them in the field with other hikers to make sure that they are comfortable and durable. Brittany, Corsica, Reunion Island, etc. We go to as many trails as possible, in all weather conditions. Great conditions for discussion, which is precious to gain your feedback and plan ahead for new products!
Storage instructions
Store your backpack in a dry place.
