Slightly glittery colored top,…

Slightly glittery colored top, good value for money

Excellent

I used it in the Pyrenees on a hard rainy day and I can say that it is wonderful

jacket for stick insects

Unfortunately, I could only wear the XL or XXL jacket up to my forearm. paranoia to make such sleeves where the rest is still loose.

I am satisfied with the rain jacket

The rain jacket does what it's supposed to do. Keep the rain out. I ordered it in my size and because it's nice and stretchy, it also fits over my "VAN RYSEL cycling jacket road bike winter men's RCR Racer Extreme dark red". !!! Why the bad rating for breathability!! It's just a rain jacket and when your heart rate goes over 120, it gets warm in the jacket. But better warm than wet and sick. ;-) However! But I have this problem with all cycling jackets and long-sleeved jerseys! Why do the sleeves have to be so tight? A little further would be Chick. Not all “mountain goats” have skinny arms.

simple and effective product

I waited a bit before leaving a review so I could properly test this rain protection jacket. Ideal as a complementary product when forecasts are uncertain. Fits in a jersey pocket, camelback or small frame bag. Just the right size, I took a size L for 1m77/75 kgs and don't expect to have more than one set of undershirt/jersey/windproof chasuble underneath. The advantage is that it won't eat up any watts in aero ;) Waterproof even in regular rain, good breathability, it doesn't turn into an oven after a few kilometers (at temperatures below 10 degrees, test at 15 degrees. ..). The only complaint is the slightly tight integrated storage pocket which requires time and a little dexterity to store it completely in this one (don't expect to store it in the dedicated storage pocket at the side of the road). For everything else we find Decathlon's knowledge with a simple, effective and affordable product that is very good.

Light compact jacket

The jacket is light and compact and can be easily packed into a small size. So far I've tested it in a little rain and it works fine, unfortunately it's not very airy.

Not waterproof, not breathable

Last week I cycled for 45 minutes in the drizzle, resulting in soaking wet. This jacket is nice and windproof, but absolutely not waterproof.

Kway bike

Fine waterproof and windproof jacket Very good for the off-season There is little width around the waist

van rysel raincoat

Fits perfectly, light and reflective

Good jacket

Good jacket for value for money

Dont expect it to be a proper rain proof

Only works in an occasional quick light shower. In the rain.. forget it! But does keep out cool winds etc. Worth having for most riding. I was soaked on my return from a ride that got unexpectedly wetter!

Additional Product Information

Composition

Membrane: 100.0% Polyurethane ; Main fabric: 100.0% Polyamide

Product waterproofing

Waterproofing is a fabric's ability to prevent rain water from passing through. A fabric's waterproofing is determined by measuring its resistance to the pressure exerted by a water column, measured in mm (test based on ISO 811 standard). The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. Material with a waterproof rating of 2000 mm resists the pressure exerted by 2000 mm of water (which roughly corresponds to a 2-hour rain shower). Our Ultralight jacket is waterproof up to 2000 mm.

Breathability

To determine whether a fabric is breathable, we measure its evaporative resistance (test based on standard ISO 11092). The lower its resistance, the more the fabric will let water vapor produced by the body escape, and therefore the more breathable it is. For example: RET < 9 = extremely breathable materialThe RET of our Ultralight showerproof jacket is 6.

Product tests

Our team of product designers is based at the B'Twin Village in Lille (France). All year round, we conceive and develop new products that are easy to use, look great, and have the technical features needed for your cycling experiences. They are then mercilessly put to the test by users in the field, as we are convinced that only by subjecting our products to real-world conditions, such as the ones you will experience on your bike, can we continuously improve them.

Care tips

Hand wash only. Turn the article inside out. Use a minimal amount of laundry detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Line dry in a warm, ventilated area. Do not tumble dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Do not place on a heater to dry.
