Fantastic pedals that have great grip and handle bumps well.
I recently bought these to replace some worn pedals on my partners bike and was looking for a similar type. These were a good match, a decent price and straight forward to fit.
Fine so far
Picked these up for my wife as replacement for one pedals. Good value for money.
Good price and but out the box one pedal was stiffer but thought after a few miles they'd break in. But no remained stiff and recently a clonking on each turn of the pedal. Shame good grip and low quality control.
This are not good quality. The bearing in one of the pedal started feeling loose after a few months and broke after 8 months.

Replaced old pedals with these ones. as of I rode it very less. but I am liking it.
Spikey
These pedals are designed for a good grip. And they do offer loads of grip but at the cost of torn shoe soles and scratches on your legs. These cut through the soles on two shoes in a matter of months (not MTB shoes) leaving them useless. Also, these will cut your legs if you are not extremely careful.

The 500 flat pedals are made from aluminum and designed for adults doing recreational or sport mountain biking, you could try the same with Sport biking (Cycling) shoes to see the grip it gives you to feel the ease of riding.

Very good pedals I love them
ergonomically its not safe due to sharp steel edge compared to the plastic one.
