Great quality at an excellent price. Same quality that others sell for much more.
Product is probably great, but after I asked in-store if it would fit an ROCKRIDER ST100 (decathlon mountain bike) I got told it would. It does not - found out after taking the old one off & ripping away the packaging safe in the knowledge that the decathlon mechanic couldn't be wrong so now I'm a little grumpy as I probably can not return it. It fits the stem fine but the diameter of the handlebars are too wide. Lesson learned - don't just check the stem!
Great product ideal for our daughter as we purchased a larger bike and this stem helped her not to over stretch while riding.
Does what I want
You MUST make sure that you get the correct size. If it hadn't been for the advice I got, I'd have bought the wrong size.
I bought this about 2 years ago. After a while there was a play in the hinge. Tried to tighten it and the screw head wore off and I couldn't tighten it. The play persists. Sought help from the nearby Decathlon store..... I was attended to promptly but in spite of his best efforts he could not tighten it. He suggested that the only alternative was to replace it.

Thank you for taking the time to review our product, we apologise for the experience you faced with the "Non-Oversize Adjustable Bike Stem" all the components will have a certain Torque mentioned on the part and it should be tightened using a torque wrench, this will ensure the threads are intact and the product doesn't fail. As our sports leader suggested, please get a replacement of the stem and ensure you are using a torque wrench while fixing it on your bike.

Very good quality product at a reasonable price. This helped me raise the handlebar height for my RR340. This ensure that my posture was better and the problems of pain and numbness that I was having in my wrists and elbows were taken care of. Anyone having similar issues while riding should go for this product.
I am a tall guy who really struggled with handle angle & height on my bike. This was like finding kryptonite :) Thank you Decathalon !
Used on an MTB , the application is excellent as it provides more stable posture. But over time the centre but became loose and when tried to tighten for the third time the nut head thread gave away, leaving it unusable. I think the nut was made for adjust and forget and screw quality was so bad due to which the thread gave away very quickly. I have used btwin multitool for tightening this as it came loose during a ride. Would not suggest it due to the bad nut quality. Usually btwin products are good , not this one. I'm giving three stars as I used it for a long time before it came loose. It's good but please improve the nut quality, otherwise the whole product has to be ditched when the nut fails.
Mine is a hybrid cycle and I needed to get the stem up so as to adjust the posture. This did the job.
