Question:

Can I swap these flat handle bars to drop bars? Using a third party brand?

Answer:

For sure you can, but that typically also envolves replacing the shift and brake levers.

Question:

Why didn't decathlon and rear hanger on this bike? If the origional price was indeed 900 dollars a rear hanger couldn't have impacted profit on a sale that drastically.

Answer:

Unfortunately this model was speced without a replacable rear dearaileur hanger. The Cost is driven by the aggregate of the components, in an effort to create the best value this is, unfortunately a production decision, but I have to agree...it would have been nice.

Question:

If I pick up in Oakland will the bike come assembled?

Answer:

Unfortunately not, but they do come about 95% assembled. So the assembly should take you about 15 minutes or less

Hello, Seller of very good…

Hello, Very good advice seller who knows his subject well. On the other hand, I regret that the bike was not ok at the time of delivery. In fact, after picking it up, I had the reflex to try it out on the road before leaving the store. The rear derailleur was not adjusted. Forced to go back to make an adjustment. Sincerely.

Good for a recovery after a 25-year hiatus.

I'm rediscovering road cycling, aiming to do light backpacking, that's why I took this straight handlebar. I'm thinking of adding a luggage rack, a front bag, 2 water bottle holders, and two horns on the handlebars. I would have preferred a smaller tray, because at the mini 34x34 it's a little big, but it works. I went off the rails twice when going from the small to the large chainring, but everything seems to be well adjusted, perhaps we need to take it more slowly. product that does the job. Decath should offer bikepacking packs, Oh yes, I'm 1.80 tall, the site recommends an M, having tried both, it would definitely be an L,

Perfect

a real pleasure to ride with it, versatile, comfortable, light, nothing to complain about

Nice bike

I bought this bike a year ago and I can tell you that I made a big mistake. After the first 6 months the problems started to show and I had to repair this bike for various problems like gears, brakes, tires, tubes and other parts. You should spend the money on something other than this crap.

Excellent bike

Very pleasant to use for commuting to work every day

Triban rc120

The price is fine for you. Brake adjustment after 2,000 km. The seat is uncomfortable, I replaced it with a memory foam tourer, but who cares. The tire was flat after 1,500 km and buckled. But don't expect more from a basic tire. It's okay compared to other brands.

good

Great bike, shipping took too long

Great bike for…

Great bike for commuting, possibility of adapting gravel tires which makes it a very versatile bike.

Overall amazing bike for the price.

It is very good for both going up and downhill where you want to gain speed. The street fighter style handlebars make it incredibly manageable. I have an MTB with flat handlebars, wider than the handlebars on this bike, and the control, while great (it is an MTB) is not as responsive as that of the Triban RC 120. flat handlebar, which has the ideal width for handling on the road that seems unmatched to me in that sense. The only defect is that the rear derailleur can bend if you hit it or have a problem with the transmission. One of the best purchases of my life for that price.

Perfect

honestly, super bike for both asphalt and simple dirt (I changed the tyres)

A good choice

I switched to this bike after 20 years of pedaling a 26" MTB bike with road tires. After 750 km of pedaling through Bucharest, the impression is very good. It changes gears well. It's a bit strange the 4-position shifter at two sheets. Brakes are effective, a bit squealing. I oscillated between a straight handlebar and a horned one, the straight one suits me better. Very good grip in the wet, on the straight and in the curves. You feel all the bumps due to the tires at 6 atm. The bike came unadjusted. Very good weight. Goes well without mudguards and on wet asphalt.

Great set, balanced bike

Good dynamics and driving, the brakes are very good. The exchange rate is very responsive. The only thing that I don't like is the graphics being painted, I would like to be able to remove it and have a bike without orange effects
