Excellent value. Easy handling. Pleasant to ride. Just a little heavy wheels but overall very good.

Great value for money

I just bought this bike to start gravel riding. Very good feelings on my outings, however, a little disappointed to see that the friction of the frame bag sanded and chipped the paint after only 200km

Good gravel for too…

Good gravel for also cycling

Disappointing value for money

I bought this bike on January 31st for €1200. On February 7, a week later, it was listed at €1050... If I had known, I would have waited and could have bought equipment with this €150.

Top bike / Average reception

Top notch bike! reception from the seller remains to be desired! 1st comment was censored!! THANKS !

After more than a year of driving...

I use it every day as a commuter. It does the job well even with the original Touareg tires which perform well on the road by inflating to a minimum of 2 bars (I weigh 73 kg). I've done a few outings on even greasy roads recently and the tires have good grip. I recently went tubeless with preventative fluid. the sealing of the rims was not sufficient against the sidewalls. The rims have weld points that are not very fitted. I had to file and everything was back to normal. The 105 transmission is of good quality. The cable tension adjustment, dial, would have been better on the handlebars but there is rarely any need to adjust them. I would prefer to change the cassette to 11-36 minimum. Apparently a model from Sram can be fitted by extending the chain. Does anyone have this reference? Thank you in advance!

Very good until the breakdown

After 11 months, the wheel drive system stops working. I pedal in the void. Workshop for warranty activation. Wheel control. After a month, no wheel, you have to wait. No replacement bike. Same after 2 months, then after 2.5 months. I complain and finally get approval for a replacement of the unrepaired bike. I get a new bike after 3 months. Two unpleasant things: They explain to me that replacing the bike is a favor whereas it is a legal obligation within 1 month if not repaired. And they suggest to me that perhaps I did something that I shouldn't and that they don't believe me when I say that I was only pedaling. I still get a helmet as a favor to compensate for the time lost (3 months without cycling). Finally, the management of guarantees by Decathlon is very passive and unsatisfactory. But the bike is very pleasant.

The best gravel bike for beginners

I have been mountain biking for 15 years, I started gravel and without any hesitation I took this bike, I have great confidence in Decathlon products, especially at the entry-mid range where they have real know-how. I used this bike for a year during which it covered 7000 km of road and gravel post more or less broken. I only encountered one problem, the front derailleur lever failed and was replaced by Decathlon's after-sales service very quickly. To begin with, this gravel is beautiful and I love this color but it's subjective. The equipment price ratio is excellent, a Shimano 105 groupset which works wonderfully, a pair of semi-hydraulic brakes which combine simplicity, reliability and good braking power. The bike is comfortable and easy to handle thanks to a slightly raised cockpit. It is as effective on the road as in gravel, but I intend it more for light gravel than for pure offroad. It is surprisingly responsive, the restarts are good and it responds to the slightest pressure on the pedals, even if the original wheels restrict it a little, which is rather normal in this price range, but they have the merit of be solid and comfortable with a good width of 23 mm between hooks which allows for a good tire ball. Tubeless assembly is simple, you just need to buy two valves and the rim tape is already installed. I ended up upgrading it with a more high-end wheelset like dtswiss gr1600, and we obtained an efficient and high-performance gravel bike, with an overall price that remains very competitive.

An excellent product and shameful delivery

Excellent bike, excellent components. It's a shame that they delivered it completely out of tune and, worse, they didn't even know how to tune it. To this day, I have the front gears completely out of tune and the cable completely frayed because Decathlon in Torres Vedras doesn't know how to tune Shimano's 105 system. I had to print the system manual so the mechanic could see it for the first time in his life. When they gave me the bike, I only managed to travel 600 m because one of the pedals came off. It's a shame that this happened, especially because I'm a satisfied customer of the Torres Vedras store, but not like this, it's shameful.

Satisfactory experience with some doubts

I recently purchased a bicycle from your store and would like to share my overall experience. First, I would like to point out that I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff made the purchasing process very pleasant. As for the bike itself, I have to say that it is well built and gave me a comfortable riding experience. However, I have to express some doubts regarding the pre-delivery checks carried out. Unfortunately, the rack was not securely secured, which caused not only damage to my bag falling to the ground as a result of the rack tipping backwards, but also a potentially dangerous moment while in traffic. Thankfully, I wasn't carrying a high chair at the time. I understand that minor inconveniences may occur, but it is essential to ensure that all items are properly secured before delivery, especially when dealing with components that affect the safety of the driver. Overall, I appreciate the customer focus you have demonstrated up to this point and hope you further improve your processes to ensure a smooth experience for all your customers. Thank you again for your commitment to providing quality service.

super happy with this…

Wheels

I bought the first tribal gravel bike in pre-sale a few years ago. I sold it because of the very bad wheels. Now I see this gem and I fear that they are the same wheels. Can anyone advise me on this...

TRIBAN GRVL 520 MEN'S SUBCOMPACT GRAVEL BIKE

After purchasing the GRVL 120 I wanted to go further in my practice, the equipment of the bike and its price give it very good value for money. I am fully satisfied with it. The only downside remains the adjustment of the rear derailleurs which was not great.

Very good bike, I…

Very good bike, I've had it for 1 year and it's been around town, nothing to say. I recommend this bike because it is comfortable and with the wide tires there is no risk of slipping when the road is wet or soggy.
