Gave my arm perfect support after injury
Purchased to help ease golfer’s elbow pain, gives enough support without restricting movement. Washes well while keeping elasticity.

I switched to a different tennis racquet and after using it for hours or so, developed soreness around my elbow, possibly the dreaded tennis elbow. After a bit of searching, the first thing to do seemed to be to get a support or strap and this one was nearby and well-priced. The fit seemed correct in relation to the item description and it's been fairly comfortable to wear all day (I take it off at night). My elbow soreness slowly subsided over the following two weeks even though I've still been playing tennis a few times a week (with my old racquet). I'm still wearing it even though the soreness has gone and probably will keep wearing it for a bit longer. Another player at my tennis group has one and she also experienced positive results. No guarantees it will cure every condition but it certainly helped me. Good value too.

Super fine support for tennis elbow, very comfortable providing you pick correct size and don"t intend to wear it 24hrs.
Recently my elbow was giving me real problems. Tried a few basic elasticated supports which did'nt really help. Purchased this product and gives much better support and pain relief. The product comes in various sizes so make sure you get relevant size. Too small will be too tight and too big no use. Common sense. Appears to be very durable and would last a good while. Good value and pleased with result so far.
Bought this today and its a case of you get what you pay for, its like a hot sock on your arm joint little support but ok I wouldn't buy again. The rubber logo is a irritant and its overaul not very skin friendly. Average to say the least.

Easy and comfortable to wear
I would highly recommend this product, however I would suggest that various sizes would be more appropriate. If you wear it for too long it can cause bruising and pain as it is very tight considering that my arm is not big. But it does provide extremely good support and ease the pain even when doing some lifting and pulling.

Proprioception is the ability to know where the different parts of your body are in space. The better your proprioception, the better your balance and the more controlled your movements. It also helps prevent the risk of injury.

Measure your arm circumference, 2” below the inside of the elbow. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart:Size 1: 8.5” - 9.3”Size 2: 9.3” - 10.2”Size 3: 10.2” - 11”Size 4: 11” - 11.8”
