OK, bit hard to break in
Safety must always be a priority
It's good which increases confidence to next level and make you to progress. But it's not always useful. It also itchy since it is not cotton. The quality is not good. The instructions band was tear not that much quality.
Fit is secure and every time I try simulate falls and possible accidents, the gear more than holds up. The lack of 5 stars is due to the poor ventilation. However, I chalk this up to the stellar security and fit. Overall, the gear does its job and is moderately comfortable. 8/10 would recommmend

May I hVe the size guide, such as the dimensions of the S,M,L,LX sizes and how to measure my knee and hand

Quite durable and should keep me from injuries for a very long time
The guards are made of good material. Simply slide up the guards and tight it using velcro.
Extremely comfortable and easy to wear.. very protective gears and looks stunning.
All the products were excellent.
