They are not comfortable, hard inside ..and a pad in one of the shoes is missing.

Arwa, you may find a break in period with your blades, where you're adjusting to the new feeling of having them on. This is completely normal and I would encourage you to come back to your closest store when we re-open shortly and try on the range of blades to ensure you find the right fit for you. I bought them to my daughter and they seem a bit larger than supposed to be. However it is OK as kids grow fast :) The wheels are good, so kids can have amazing rolling experience

This one I purchased for my 9 year old daughter and she loves it every bit. She is a self learner and feels very confident and safe on these wheels. I surely would recommend this skates to any. The only thing was she loved pink but settled with black/Orange but no regrets - she is enjoying the attention she gets whilst at skate park with these colours. The only reason I have 5 out of 6 stars is for the colour pink not available at t that time. Cheers and good luck

4 sizes in 1 skate? here's how our skates grow!
Our product grows with kids so they can enjoy their skates for more than 1 season. There are 3 steps to adjusting your skates: 1. Open lever. 2. Pull or push on the front of the boot. 3. Close the lever. To feel comfortable in your skates, choose a weight that's right for their physical abilities and a size that fits their feet: if their foot is sliding around inside the boot, they'll have trouble controlling their posture and direction.
Do you want to skate comfortably? introducing the fit 3 kids' skates.
Feet stay dry as long as possible thanks to the airy mesh foam and the comfortable semi-stiff boot. Put these skates on easily using the simple, effective fasteners: a micrometric buckle on the top of the boot for more precision, a rip-tab strap on the instep to ensure the heel fits tightly into the boot, and classic or elasticated laces depending on the size. What about the weight? 5 lbs in kids' 1-3½, 5.4 lbs in kids' 3½-6/women's 5-7.5, and 5.8 lbs in women's 7-9.5/men's 6-8!
1 size skate = 4 shoe sizes. how does this scalable system work?
The 3 stage adjustment: 1. Open the lever. 2. Pull on the front of the boot. 3. Close the lever. Using this system, kids will be able to use these inline skates for more than 1 season. To keep kids comfy, choose skates that are suitable for their feet: Avoid skates that are too heavy (not suited to their strength) or too big (their feet will slip inside the boot leading to poor posture and difficulty in controlling their movements).
How comfy are the fit 3 kids' inline skates?
Semi-soft boots with foam padding for more comfort. The boots are made from airy mesh (fabric that absorbs moisture well) to keep feet drier for longer. These inline skates are very easy to put on thanks to their simple, effective fastenings: a micrometric buckle on the top of the boot for more precision and a rip-tab strap on the instep to ensure the heel fits tightly into the shoe. Elasticated laces on sizes 12-1½ and 1½-3½, and standard laces on sizes 3½-6½.
How do the fit 3 kids' skates let kids skate and brake easily?
The lighter composite plate makes it easy to learn. It provides a comfy glide. The 70 mm 80A wheels and ABEC 3 bearings offer a good compromise between glide and handling. Our skates are outfitted with a classic rubber brake that you can fit on either the right or the left foot. Spare stoppers are available in stores.
For wheels and brakes, oxelo opts for rubber!
Unlike plastic, which skids but doesn't brake, rubber provides good traction. This stops kids from slipping when they push off, as well as helping them brake effectively. What's more, rubber also wears out less quickly than plastic. Our Oxelo teams work hard to keep kids safe - however experienced they are. So we've chosen to equip all of our kids' skates with wheels and brakes made out of rubber, not PVC.
