I had no idea which size to buy so I opted for a medium but actually received a large. I think I'm probably in between, as a tall (6ft/182cm) fairly slim woman with thicker legs than arms! If it's helpful to other shoppers, there's a size guide on the packaging but it's a grid so a lot to try and write out. It's based on weight and height and the general gist is: Small: 50–60kg, 150–170cm Medium: 60–80kg, 150–180cm Large: 80–90kg, 150–190cm With the stretchy fabric and velcro fasteners they're fairly adjustable anyway, so don't worry too much if you're in between. Hope this helps!

Please provide size guide, I have not purchased yet, no idea which one to buy.
Bought these as next size up for my son,had the medium size one ages,and lasted well,so no worries over getting the large size ones

Best to get one size bigger than the actual size of kid.

OK, bit hard to break in
Safety must always be a priority
It's good which increases confidence to next level and make you to progress. But it's not always useful. It also itchy since it is not cotton. The quality is not good. The instructions band was tear not that much quality.
Fit is secure and every time I try simulate falls and possible accidents, the gear more than holds up. The lack of 5 stars is due to the poor ventilation. However, I chalk this up to the stellar security and fit. Overall, the gear does its job and is moderately comfortable. 8/10 would recommmend
