Bohužel to je zatím nejméně kvalitní výrobek, který jsem si v Decathlonu koupil. Je fakt, že za podobnou cenu se loni nic sehnat nedalo, lyže posloužily, ale po 500 km jsou víceméně na odpis (zlomená patka, oloupaná barva z bočnice, stržená hrana). Škoda.

lyže i vázání jsou super a fungují
Jsou fakt super, výborný poměr cena/výkon. Pokud jen rádi rekreačně běžkujete, nemáte rádi klasiku a chcete bruslit, tak ať už jste začátečník nebo pokročilý, budete s těmito běžkami určitě spokojení stejně jako já. Mají dobrý skluz, na sněhu dobře drží, jsou tvrdší, takže mají i dobrý odpich. Musím ocenit i vázání a zejména IFP desku (obě části vázání si po ní můžete jednoduše sami různě posouvat).

un peu déçu de l'emballage... ils m'ont été remis avec un joli scotch decathlon y compris sur la semelle.... le talon du ski est abimé j'espère que ca n'évoluera pas... et je n'ai meme pas reçu la clé pour régler les fixations..... déçu.. j'espère que j'aurai bonne surprise à l'essai sur la neige

Then, the 500 skate ski for intermediate cross-country skiers is for you.It is a maneuverable high-tech ski that will help you improve your technique. It will help you build confidence and intensity!
Choosing the right size
The size of a cross-country ski is chosen according to your proficiency and height.For the 500 skate ski : - 100 to 120 lbs = 5'5”- 110 to 145 lbs = 5'7”- 120 to 155 lbs = 5'9”- 130 to 165 lbs = 5'11”- 155 to 185 lbs = 6'1”- More than 185 lbs = 6'3”If you are between 2 sizes: - For more comfort, choose the lower size to ensure the ski is more maneuverable.- For more intense use = choose the larger size.
3 - performance bindings, the key to an optimized experience!
All of our skis are sold with Rottefella bindings that are compatible with the NNN, prolink and Turnamic standards.The 500 skis are equipped with the Rottefella PERFORMANCE skate bindings that are more suited to intermediate skiers.It features an improved user-friendly locking mechanism.
4 - an extruded base – the right balance between glide performance and durability
The base is the part of the ski that is in contact with the snow.It plays an important role in defining a ski's performance. It is made of polyethylene (HDPE) with an extruded or sintered HDPE manufacturing process.The base of the 500 ski is made of extruded HDPE, produced from plastic beads heated and laminated using a roller to create a panel. This process gives the base good glide performance and durability.
5 - waxing, the secret of sustainability!
When buying skis, we recommend that you prepare the base well to achieve an optimum glide. Several consecutive waxings are best in order to ”nourish” the base properly.To maintain the performance of your skis, don't forget to wax them regularly!To wax your skis, check out our tutorials on our Inovik YouTube channel or make an appointment in your Decathlon workshop.
Glossary = parts of a ski
Our skis are designed according to a ”sandwich” process: different materials are layered at the core of the ski and over its entire width. The end product is assembled using a press.CORE = heart of the ski: made of wood (solid or with channels) or composite (honeycomb or Nomex®) BASE = part in contact with the snow, made of sintered or extruded high-density polyethylene (HDPE). GRIP = hold area beneath the ski SIDECUT = width of a ski (tip, waist and tail)

All our products are tested in the field in real conditions by our panel of professional testers: instructors and coaches as well as regular cross-country skiers.Our skis are also subjected to laboratory tests: resistance, torsion, glide and camber.
Storage instructions
To maintain the glide quality of your skis, it is advisable to wax the gliding areas regularly (every 2 to 3 outings).
