I ordered the medium size being 5ft 6in with 38 inch chest. The jacket was rather tight on the chest. I used it with the DSH 100 Adult - Black M shorts for a snowboarding holiday. The website says they are designed to be worn together, however I found that the lower back protection of the jacket clashed with the coccyx protector of the shorts pushing the shorts down and the jacket up. I did have a small fall whist scooting my snowboard toward a chair lift, I fell over doing about walking pace and landed on my chest, the jacket offered very little protection, if any at all and I still damaged a rib (possible fracture). The pads in the chest protection rub your chest when sitting, getting up and lowering which you do a lot on a snowboard, it also chafed around the arm holes. The hook and loop fastening waste strap is a pain as it just stuck to the inside of my boarding pants. Overall I would not advise anyone to buy this product.

Affordable and practical. Giving comprehensive protection, chest, kidney as well as back protection. The only potential drawbacks is that it gives extra insulation due to being body hugging, resulting in perspiration when energetically skiing/snowboarding.

Protege mejor que la tortuga, es más completo y encima es más cómodo de llevar. Muy contento con el chaleco.

A feature of this standard are the tests undertaken to check the shock absorption properties and the resistance to penetration
Choosing the right size is essential for good protection.
To select the right size of protective vest, here is a size chart. Size M = person 5'5" to 5'8" tall. Size L = person from 5'9" ft to 6' tall Size XL = person from 6'1" to 6'5" tall.
