Good quality air mattress

So far I've only used this for one overnight 34f bivvy camp, but it was comfortable, light weight, held air all night, and seemed to have a little insulating value. It packs down very small. I used it inside a gortex bivvy bag along with a ccf pad under the bivvy.

Love it

Used it a few times so far and I love it! Very comfortable!

comfortable and easy to inflate

Excellent product very satisfied

Recently bought two of these, light and compact in the bag, easy to inflate, comfortable to sleep on with minimal roll around noise, robust material, easy to deflate. And one of those rare products that goes back in the bag exactly the way it came out! Very pleased and very good value.

Lasted only 3 nights in tent

I do not recommend. This mattress should be a winner. It is very comfortable. I tested it once in house and then took it on a 9 day camping trip. I am 80kg and was very gentle on the mattress. It was great for two nights. On third night it deflated over about 20 minutes. No hole could be found and the input and output valves did not leak. So somewhere a seam was slowly leaking. Same thing happened when reinflated. It leaked. I had to throw it away and get a different replacement. It was only used in tent and on soft ground so no puncture. Very disappointed in the product’s lack of durability. I had very good experience with all the other kit from decathlon on this trip fwiw.

Not bad, but

Is not a bad sleeping mat, I used it once in Dartmoor for a wild camping. The product states 180m long, however, I am 1.72m and the mat it was short for me (estimating about 30cm short) and I slept all night with the feet on the tent floor. From a quality point of view, I don’t really have any complaints, it is sturdy, well made, comfortable, didn’t have any backache after more than 8h sleep on it, just a shame that is short. I am probably also out of the return period and most likely throw the receipt as well, I would have loved to exchange it for the 1.90m version or a rectangular one from forclaz as the quality is always there with forclaz. To avoid disappointment, try it for yourself ahead of the real need and if it falls short on length for you exchange it for the longer version. P.S keep the receipt until you are convinced that it is fit for purpose

Light but noisy

Used this for a recent bikepacking trip and it packs down so small it is great. Easy to inflate with the two valves and easy to pack up. It is pretty noisy though when moving around on it.

Excellent mat for the price

I love this mat, it's way easier to carry than my previous self-inflating one but also a lot more comfortable - it packs up so small that can fit into a bike bottle holder, great for bikepacking. The silicone grips do a good job so I've never woken up feeling like I was falling off (despite moving a lot in my sleep). I've used it on several camping trips in the south of England from spring to autumn with no issues, but I don't think it has the insulating properties of some (much more expensive) mats so for colder weather camping I'd probably pair it with a foam mat underneath. Overall excellent purchase, my partner ended up buying the same and no complaints from either of us.

Leak after 7 nights

I went on a motorcycle tour around Scotland in April, on the 8th night the mattress developed a leak and left me on the ground. I was pleased that decathlon refunded my money after checking the product.

camp mat

This is a good mattress and is easy to inflate and deflate, it goes easily into its bag which some don't. Not sure if it stops the cold coming up from the ground as well as more expensive types but this just could be my sleeping bag or not as recently I was still cold in my bag and on this mat. Great product overall though.

Bad Quality grips

The silicone came off after about 6 weeks of use. Disappointed because without the grips it's like a pool float. The yellow colour also becomes very dirty, yeah I know it's camping but the material is not easily cleaned and the muck shows easily. Would not recommend to a friend.

Great product

I bought it to go bike packing....really lightweight and small. I was worried this would compromise performance but it was really comfortable and warm on a cold night. It felt a lot sturdier than it seems when rolled up. Really pleased with it so far.

A decent one

It's very thin! Make sure you inflate it properly, because it's not too much between you and the ground. But when it's done correctly, it's massive enough. Recommend it for warmer weathers only, or to have proper sleeping system with it. Very lightweight, very packable. Only backfire that it's definitely not wide enough to fit your body and arms too on it. But it gives a good comfortable sleep when you need, unless you are in a constant roll during sleep, then you end up on the ground.

Volume and dimensions when folded

Folded dimensions Ø 3.9" x 10.2". Volume: 2 L.

Easy to set up and put away

The easiest way to fold your mattress without damaging it is to fold it in 3 or 4 widthwise, then roll it up.

Thermal properties and warmth

The R-Value expresses the thermal performance and resistance of the mattress. The higher the R-Value, the more the mattress insulates you from the cold ground. R-Value 1.6 (measured by the independent laboratory, EMPA) An R-Value of 5.9 corresponds to a minimum temperature rating of about -11°F. 0.7 is equivalent to +52°F The R-Value is not a standard, and each manufacturer can use their own criteria. A standardization process is currently underway.

Product test

The sleeping comfort, also known as "postural comfort," of the mattresses is defined by our Research and Development Center. All our mattresses are subjected to mechanical tests to check the performance and resistance of the mattress in order to guarantee you the best sleep and the best recovery. We also carry out numerous field tests in real-life conditions. Postural comfort is a very personal element. You can adjust the pressure of your mattress.

Sleeping comfort, support

To keep the slippage between your mattress and your sleeping bag to a minimum, the silicone patches must be placed in contact with the sleeping bag.

Product testing

All our mattresses are subjected to mechanical tests to validate the performance and durability of the mattress so that you can get a good night's sleep and recover properly (resistance to abrasion, resistance to perforation, etc). We also carry out many field tests in real-life conditions.

Storage instructions

For improved durability and reliability of your product, store it stretched out flat, valve open, in a dry and temperate place.
