Difficult to slit in and out the pouch lock. Not sure if there is an easier way, e.g. a Ziplock alike mechanism.

Good, simple and very few things to break and less to go wrong. But I did discover a puncture (caused by case) in the centre of my pouch and some droplets managed to get in. Would recommend this!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding the cost of Mobile Pocket.
This mobile pouch is of IPX7 standards which means even after submerging it in the water up to 1 meters, you can use it and the it will stay watertight unlike other mobile pockets available in the market. The technology used to create an IPX7 pocket is much more complex leading to a slightly higher price compared to other products available in the market.
I can assure that you will be satisfied after using this pocket in the water and realize the difference compared to others.

I've used this during our trip to Romblon where we hop from one island to another. The pouch is watertight and tried submerging it on water. When you take pictures, the pictures get cloudy not so clear and the phone is hard to take out of the case.
This is the best product for the beach! It keeps your phone nice and dry even when the waves are coming down on you! :-)
Don’t worry if you don’t have any equipment or gadget for your next island trip! Just slide your phone in the pouch, carefully seal it, and you can go underwater with your phone in it! Very nice and highly suggested to everyone.
My main expectation was that I can use my phone while swim and other water sports but in the first day of use it torn bcoz of water .
I sincerely apologize for the bad experience you had with the Watertight mobile pocket. Infact, you are the first user to face such an issue with this product. It is meant to be used underwater and should not have torn with a mobile inside. Could you please share a few images with me and explain from where was it damaged. I would also advise you to store it in a clean and dry place after every use to avoid any physical damage to it.
Meanwhile, please visit any Decathlon store nearby and claim the exchange.

Excellent seal and easy to use. Used this while snorkling at El Nido.
I'm a outdoor instructor and I brought this as a quick fix but has out lasted my last water tight phone pouch and I use it every few days while instructing on the water. Great product and fantastic value for money.
Super affordable and useful product! Bought this for my trip to Krabi and used it everywhere, even out of water. Used this at Adventure Cove too. Perfect for both sea water and chlorine water. Rated one star down because the colour's not to my liking.

The reasons for steep mark-up prices depend on the product.
It could be that the item is in high demand, is difficult to make, or holds a great amount of symbolic value.
For this particular model, it is high in demand and difficult to make.
To add on, it is a product made in Italy.
Nevertheless, we will be bringing in newer models next year.

I used the pouch in a small boat fishing with four other people. I was the only one with waterproof phone protection & all of us had one there. I took photographs with ease, no distortion! I also used the pouch in an outdoor seawater pool to photograph the crabs, fish & other small sealife in the shallows. It wasn't easy, only because I was wearing goggles. The pouch did its job & allowed me to take the phone/camera under water, no leaks!

Opening and closing, precautions
Slide the clip. Unfold the film. Insert the telephone by pulling apart the sides. Refold the film. Carefully replace the clip. Check the pouch's water resistance regularly using a paper towel.
Telephone functions
OUT OF WATER. The phone's touchscreen functions work: you can make calls, take photographs, and read on your screen. UNDERWATER. The water against the screen means the touchscreen will not work. To take photos underwater, you can configure your telephone to take photographs using the device's mechanical buttons.
