There are no shortcomings

It's a great performance product for its price, and it has all the features. It's nice that it can be compressed with a side twist. It's very comfortable inside. I haven't had any problems.

Good shoe to start and progress

I have never felt neglected by the shoe. However, I would have liked a little firmer rigidity to attack the slopes. To be tested with the Decathlon accessory which can be purchased separately to increase the rigidity of the shoes. Overall very happy with the product

not very solid..

my wife offers it to me to replace my old models. 8 days of snowboarding, and one of the metal buckles that holds the upper strap breaks during a tightening in the two Alps... a boot unusable after 8 days, honestly it hurts a little, especially since the descent behind is painful, the inner strap being far too short to ensure proper support. without this, the tightening system is good, although fragile and this problem of strap too short to solve. good comfort inside, the size may be a bit too big though. it's a shame it was going really well.

Good

Very easy to use, however the locking of the tightening lines can jump because of the pants

much better than dreamscape snb 100

I'm a beginner, I absolutely wanted lace-up shoes, because the laces always loosen up and there is a problem with unraveling with gloves. I checked out quite a few shoes but didn't want to spend a fortune. This shoe is much stiffer than the snb 100 (MUCH STIFFER, seriously) which may not suit everyone, but it is much more comfortable (probably because of the better foam). Without trying on, I do not recommend buying because you know how it is with sizes. I paid extra for this version with a boa system instead of a no-name, because it has a lifetime warranty, but so far nothing has broken down.

Attention: shoes will get much larger with use

Basically a good shoe. Although the shoes fit well when they were bought (including advice from employees) (when standing upright, the toes felt slight pressure forward), the shoes no longer fit after 3 uses. The shoes have become significantly wider, so that unfortunately the foot can hardly stay in the shoe anymore. Unfortunately, the shoes are no longer usable for me. Otherwise, the shoe seems to be well made and the clamping systems are also in order

Very fast clamping and…

Very fast and easy to use, unlocking the system is sometimes a little difficult. To see in the medium / long term

Good product. My son…

Good product. My son is having fun snowboarding

Very bad

I return after two seasons of use, the results are dismal. The interior scratch is much too small, the ankle support is very limited, too rigid in my opinion. My foot hurts extremely after 1 to 2 hours of use.

Fixing to review

I'm disappointed with these boots which initially seemed good because they held up well and had 4 fixing points. However, the bindings loosen during use with repeated movements, the scratch inside is too small: the velcro is too short.

Not suitable for all foot types

For me, who have fairly hollow feet, it was impossible for me to squeeze my ankle without crushing the top of my foot. Only the tight snow bindings on the loose boots allowed me to surf, but it was average. I specify that I did not perform the thermoforming, I had so much pain I'm not sure it would have changed much. So for me these boots lack the possibility of tightening: You have to be able to tighten the ankle independently of the front of the foot. I also noticed that the tightening strap of the inner liner is not practical: It seems to me that one more zigzag on the laces would have made it easier to tighten the liner. Other than that, they looked comfortable and quite robust. A big thank you to the after-sales service, who agreed to take them back to me after a day of use.

Repairing habu® fit system knobs and cable.

Supplied by BOA Technology, the wheels and the laces of the adjustment system have undergone thousands of hours of rigorous tests in the lab and in the field, and are guaranteed to prolong the life of the boot on which they are built into.After-sales service is provided on the habufit.com/support website.

Repairing atop wheels and cable

In case of a problem we have spare parts:_ the tightening wheel, the tightening cable. These parts are not available to buy as the repair work is not straightforward, however the workshops in Decathlon stores have the replacement part references for this model and can repair your boot.

Habu® fit system (produced by boa® technology)

The habu® fItsystem combines three important technical elements to transform the snowboard experience: 1) the innovative innovative wheel ensures micro-adjustment and precision, 2) the habu® cable is light, but very durable with 75 stainless steel strands.3) low friction habu® guides ensure uniform pressure distribution whilst minimising wear and long lifespan.

Separate tightening system - 2 zones

On the All Road 500, there are 2 independent tightening zones: 1. The micro-adjustable fItsystem system is micro-adjustable for powerful and precise tightening of the lower part of the shoe.2. Powerful strap to flatten the boot on your shin. With this strap, every flex/extension, the shin is less tight and the foot is more compressed. A lower cable length stops this negative effect.

Boot flex/stiffness

The All Road 500 boots have medium (6/10) stiffness (or flex). They are aimed at riders who hold a curve at high speed (requiring a stiff shoe) while allowing them to stay responsive through small turns or surprise bumps that require quick leg flex-extension. The flex and heel support are both superior to the SNB 100 boot.

Increase the stiffness of your boots by adding flex up

The Flex Up (8600870) enables you to make your boot more rigid on 2 out of 10 flexion points (with Flex Up, this new boot has a rigidity of approximately 5/10).This is a 100% recycled plastic accessory which is inserted into the tongue of Decathlon snowboard boots produced from the 2022/23 season onwards. A pocket has been included in the design so that it's properly positioned in terms of height and laterality. The Flex Up makes sense over time: If your boot becomes more limp, give it a second life.

Heel support: level 2 (/3) liner

Foot support is essential when snowboarding to steer your board (such as foot in the boot or liner in the boot). The level 2 liner has 4 design benefits:1. Thermoformable liner from home 2. Ergonomic Heel Pad ankle foam3. 2-point liner tightening + strap on the tibia,4. Hook & Loop Link between the liner and boot

1. thermoforming the liner independently / please pay particular attention

THERMOFORMING IS ONLY POSSIBLE IN BUILT-IN OVENS MEASURING 56 x 60 x 56 cm WITH A FAN MODE.DO NOT TRY ON A GAS OVEN OR A SMALL TABLE TOP OVEN WITH VISIBLE HEATING ELEMENTS.

1. thermoforming the liner independently / instructions for use

1. Heat your oven to 80°C in convection mode 2. Remove the inner soles from the liners, place the liners on the oven plate covered with a piece of baking paper3. Wait 15 mins4. Put the socks back on, put them on with a pair of ski-snowboard socks and tighten them (not too much)5. Put the boots on and tighten fully to 5. Wait for 15 minutes when static. This operation can be repeated if necessary.A video is available in this product sheet.
