Best used while seated - great for loosing up tight calves and the tendons that go into the foot. A lot less clumsy and quicker to use than a foam roller and more transportable too.
Although a little painful to use at first attempt having persisted and learning how to use it properly it's fantastic I'm recommending it to my family and friends
previously resisted buying but definitely a handy addition to foam roller. great for targeting problem areas especially lower leg. Flexibility is limited bet probably the right level to be able to apply load ... but it only goes to a slight curve. ease of use means I'm better at keeping on top of my maintenance game.
Does what it says on the tin! Reasonable value
What an excellent product. Being out of shape and completing a three day and night backpacking, punishing hike with youngsters half my age, this tool was the one that kept me going every mile of the way. Coming back from the trip on the train, I introduced my hiking mates to this wonderful tool, It was so popular, they refused to give it back, I had to ask for it the next day. I tell people everywhere I go, to go to decathlon and buy the massage products available at the store. My only request is to do what the Tigertail massage stick folks do, introduce the same product with the inner stick core that does not being. We need the same product in a second avatar ! :)
Its a wonderful product.
When one starts using the Flexible Recovery Stick, one would feel the cheap black material used. It gets stuck with the cloth while rolling and if you use directly it irritates the skin. On top of it it smells bad. Please use some good quality material or a hard plastic would also do.

Für eine schnelle Massage optimal
Einfaches, aber effektives Produkt - Verarbeitung soweit ok, in dieser Form noch nirgendwo gefunden
Gute "Walze" zur Faszienmassage / Selbstmassage. Der Flex des Stabs ist stark und lässt vorallem im Oberschenkelbereich eine gute Massage. Leider ist die Gummierung offenporig, was den Einsatz von beispielsweise wärmenden / durchblutungsförderneden Massage nicht zulässt. Dennoch gutes einfaches Produkt.
Aptonia ist die beste Wahl für die Rückenmassage. An der Wand rutscht sie nicht weg, tut nicht weh, wie andere Fastienrollen, aber dennoch lindert sie die Schmerzen und Verspannungen. Man brauch keine helfende Person (Info für Single) Einfach super!
