It is hard and does its job very well.
I use it weekly. It's under my dining table right now. I use it to roll under my foot. Plantar fasciitis.
Not a very good product in my opinion. I’d stick to a foam roller instead. Hopefully I can return or exchange it.
Works better than I thought it would. Now I use it very often. So light it’s easy to carry around with you. Glad I got it!
Good but a little softer than a pet shop rubber ball. it has a useful pointed end for massage where knotted muscles are within reach.

Material too soft to be used for releasing muscle knots. Waste of money.

It is recommended to use it for a light massage. It is not advised to use it for an intense massage.We have several other massagers which could be used for intense massage.
