When I do the massage on the wall, it leaves black mark on my wall. I cannot clean it. That is very bad because my wall is in white color

Hello Everyone ! The way instructions ask you to use it is not where this ball shines, as an accessory. Use it while reclining or sleeping on your mattress, with the ball under your back, shoulder, by the side of the neck, lower back, bums, under thighs and calves and I guarantee you will see massage nirvana. I discovered this usage of it about two years ago, and really thought people would have learnt it by now, looked at the reviews and did not feel like everyone's clued on how to use it. This, the pointy tool and a massage stick is all I take on trips now, travel or hiking. Keeps my muscles on the road to recovery from daily strain and me smiling on my trips. Anyone over 45 will appreciate this tip as your muscles are not what they used to be. Enjoy !
This ball is slightly soft than i expected but it's kind of effective.
Great to work with especially if there is no one around to give you a massage. I use it for my shoulders snd back. Recommended to me by my physiotherapist. Thanks Bruce!

The massage ball can be used after sports for massaging yourself. For an effective massage, spend at least 5 minutes on each muscle group. You can massage yourself just after your outing, in the evening or even on the following day.
