Simply awesome. perfect for small areas like legs, arms, foot.
I highly recommend it great product
Very portable and great size! Super light! Downside for some reason has a heavy plastic smell to it.
It's hard and really light, perfect for traveling. But it's too narrow to have a comprehensive use such as gluts, hips, calves, … because it easily slips out of position. Moreover you have nearly no space between the floor / mat and body parts. It would be great to have this item 2 inches longer (length) and 2 inches wider (diameter).
A very Handy, Weight less product, my suggestion is in could be an inch more on the diameter, which will bring better rolling experience & ground clearance.

Für meine verkrampfte Fußmuskulatur und für meine durch den Sport beanspruchten Waden stellt(e) diese handliche und leichte Massagerolle eine echte Hilfe bzw. Lösung dar. Ebenso ist diese Rolle gegen eine verspannte Nackenmuskulatur gut, vor allem wenn man unabhängig von den Händen bzw. von der Laune des Partners sein möchte ;) Des Weiteren nutze ich die Rolle auch zur Pflege meines Knick-Senk-Fußes.
Meiner Meinung nach eine härtere Rolle, was definitiv sehr angenehm und auch nützlich ist. Bei Schmerzen und Muskelkater ein wenig damit ausrollen und es geht einem gleich besser.
