I started to have severe pain in my elbow from tennis and other sports, and the Tarmak elbow strap has been helping me to recover. It offers good support and stays firmly in place.
I use it for tennis elbow problem
Easy to position, effective
I wear it to squash to avoid pain due to a tennis helbow. No pain. Very good adhesion to the skin. Only regret on the finish of the seam of the scratch which clings to other clothes when going through the machine, even with the cuff closed.
Used to relieve my elbow while trimming the hedge, it was effective. Being very old, I also use it for bowling. I manage to knock down a few pins.
Highly recommended
The restraint allows you not to suffer during efforts. Holds up well during exercise.

What is epicondylitis (tennis elbow) and medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow)?
These 2 types of tendinitis occur when the tendons in the elbow become inflamed. For tennis elbow it is the tendon on top of the arm and for golfer's elbow it is the one underneath. People doing any sport can be affected (basketball, handball, rugby) but tendinitis is most common among people doing racket sports and golf, generally because they are training heavily, and the injury becomes aggravated by repeated impacts with the ball.
