agreed size, it is important for comfort and support (used in tendonitis)
Yes, because when you play tennis these supports are essential. Not particularly breathable, however it holds the elbow very well

I use this product in bodybuilding because often when I lifted dumbbells, I felt that my elbow "let go" with the targeted muscle (especially the pecs). So I bought this product to maintain my elbows, and since then no more pain!
quality is a+

Soft elbow pad, which protects against chafing and burns. After several months of use I bought one for the second elbow. Very happy
Bought as per the recommended size, it fits a little tight but necessary to keep my elbow stable during exercise as I'm still recovering from slight elbow tendon injury. I perspire alot when I exercise but the band is dry to touch. Takes quite a while to dry after washing though. Review posted as per my usage, not for medical advice.

The Soft 300 elbow support can be used as a preventative measure by applying the compression that you need to support your joint and stimulate proprioception when playing sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo).
What is proprioception?
Proprioception is the ability to know where the different parts of your body are in space. The better your proprioception, the better your balance and the more controlled your movements. It also helps prevent the risk of injury.
Choosing your elbow support
Measure your arm circumference, 2” below the inside of the elbow. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart:Size 1: 8.5” - 9.3”Size 2: 9.3” - 10.2”Size 3: 10.2” - 11”Size 4: 11” - 11.8”
