Travelled for a couple of weeks in Europe with this as my carryon. Thickly padded back, lots of compartments, and fully opens for easy organization. No difficulty fitting in overhead bins on multiple bigger and smaller planes.
As an aspiring minimalist packer for travel, this bag is what I'm using as my entry level bag into this type of packing. So far I've been able to use it for a weekend getaway. I love how it opens clam shell and has many pockets on the outside for bits and bobs. The laptop pocket fits my 14inch laptop though I likely won't travel with my laptop often so that frees up a bit of space for books or a tablet. The zippers zip nice and smooth and I enjoyed finding the spot to stow away the hip strap. Overall, for the price point and the size, I'm enjoying this bag!

I bought this pack for travel. It’s just small enough to count as a personal item on some airlines (and easily carry-on) and fits my two-week kit. Looks nice enough and is good to carry (although the waist strap coup be better and there could be a way to store the strap).

Only just purchased. Material does not seem as strong as earlier 20l and 30l models I use often. But value the brand so expect not to be disappointed.
Great back pack took it on holiday to Tenerife. I got trainers, jeans & t shirt in main pocket and loads of other pockets to use.
Purchased to carry camera equipment as carry on for day flight. Not used for that yet but really like the fabric bottle holders on the sides, much more secure. Lots of useful pockets and it's lightweight, useful for flight weight limit.

Like every pack with internal pockets the pockets cannot be closed so when the pack is slung around at airports, on buses, or topples over on a walk your kits goes everywhere. Why can't manufacturers make a pack with secure internal pockets?

Good comfortable multi pocket backpack.
Product is too good. Only thing is we need to buy rain cover separately. Rest, this is nicely design.
Excellent for short trips and taking home meal boxes for daily office routine. Have taken on one trip and carried a lot of heavy stuff in it for a week. If your back is not able to take the load process you are not using the straps correctly. I would have loved in a different colour like 23l version but it didn’t have.
I am using this for my daily office purpose and before buying I thought it will divide the weight and will be easier for me to carry. But, unfortunately with just a little weight also, it feels heavy and gives shoulder pain.

We have improved this product with an eco-design approach.Our commitment to consume less water with this product and to reduce our impact on the environment: we choose the method of dyeing in the mass, integrating the colour pigments from the manufacture of the yarn (product references: black 8649351, khaki 8649348).
Seal
The components of the bag are water-repellent so that you can temporarily continue walking/hiking in light rain. Caution: this backpack is not watertight/waterproof and it does not have a rain cover. If you want to continue walking/hiking in the rain and protect your belongings, we recommend the following model: ”20 to 40 L rain cover”, which can be viewed on our website, item reference 8734213.
How is volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: we fill the main compartment, as well as each pocket, with little balls. Then we empty these balls into a graduated container, which gives the equivalent volume in litres.The capacity of the main volume of this bag is 32L. We also measured the volume with the 2 exterior side water bottle pockets, whereby its total capacity increases to 35L.
Tested for optimum durability and strength
To guarantee the durability of the bag, laboratory tests are conducted on the components and assemblies to replicate the ageing of the backpack.For example, for a fabric, we test the resistance to abrasion and tearing, the colour fastness when exposed to UV light and washing, and the waterproofing. We use these tests to guarantee the bags for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase on the receipt.
How to adjust your backpack?
1 - Loosen all the straps, shoulder straps, waist belt and chest belt2 - Put the bag on3 - Buckle the chest strap and adjust its height and width4 - Tighten the shoulder straps (from top to bottom)5 - Buckle and adjust the waist belt6 - Adjust it to your likingIt's all good!
How to fill your backpack?
Place the heavy items, e.g. laptop, picnic, etc., in the bottom and in the spaces provided. Pack your clothes around these items. Put the small belongings that you will use during the day (sun cream, map, sunglasses, etc.) in the pockets. Put the water bottle(s) in the outer pockets on the sides that are made for this purpose.

This backpack has been tested and improved by hikers in different climatic conditions and different environments.
