Good size for personal carry on item for flying
Breezed through customs with this accessible bag. Electronics and medications and liquids in zip lock bags in the outer pocket. Travel documents in the side pouch. Empty water bottle ready to be filled once cleared customs. Essentials in the main pouch with snacks for the flight. Valuables kept in zipped pouch under handle. Padded with a waterproof bottom to keep things clean and dry.

Full of features and functionalities, this (seemingly) durable bag is fantastic. Very comfortable, lots of compartments, easy to pull zippers, neat design... [+] Laptop pocket can actually hold my 14'' gaming laptop [+] Roomy main compartment [+] Lots of organisation [+] Hidden pocket [+] Super elastic side water bottle pockets [+] Reinforced bottom so wont be damaged or get dirty when put on the floor [+] Super comfy back panel and handle [+] Solid loop to hook the bag [-] Laptop pocket is just an open pocket, no extra security or anything to keep it in place. [-] Only the main compartment zipper has the security loop to pass-through the zipper pull tabs - they should've added those to the main pocket zipper as well. [-] The USB cable pass through hole is too small for many USB-A type connectors

compact size, love the 2 full size water bottle holders, fabric means bottle don't pop out if you bend over. The only negative I found was that the insde material of the staps was a bit scratchy, if you wear tank tops the material rubs your collar area, had to only wear full t-shirts. Was perfect for use in DIsney parks as holds everything and is small enough to take onto rides and comfortable to carry.
Good to stroll in the city
I've spent years searching for the ultimate office/hiking backpack hybrid. A rucksack that is completely multifunctional. This one is almost there, but falls short on several details- 1. The front small side zip pocket is on the wrong side for me to access easily, is it too much to ask to put zip access on both sides? Or better yet, a horizontal zip across the front. For me, this pocket is obsolete. 2. The second zip pocket, that has multiple pen/phone compartments, is too deep and the access to it is too high. Which means I have to take the rucksack off completely to get anything out of it, rather than swinging it down from my shoulder. 3. For some reason, the elasticated drinks holders on either side of the rucksack go all the way to the top. Which is ridiculous. It means it's a real struggle to get my water bottle out. It would be amazing if this company set up a service so that customers could design they're own rucksack, I'd pay good money for that.
I love this backpack, both aesthetically and for its comfort. Spacious, practical and with a lot of storage, I really recommend it.
Thought I had finally found the perfect smart rucksack but the bottle holders are so small have yet to find a super skinny bottle small enough to fit inside. Such a shame, is going back.
Bought this based on the dimensions in description it is smaller therefore I am returning.
A well designed, good looking and versatile bag that considers small conveniences; - many compartments with zippers to keep our things. - good detailing like the hook for keys, rubber stopper for locking the compartment, front strap that can slide up and down for height adjustments. I received good comments from fellow hikers too. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

To take full advantage of a hike, we devote particular attention to designing comfortable products. The back, shoulder straps & handle are comfortable because of their thickness and construction composed of different types of foam padding covered with a 3D mesh to improve ventilation & drying.Back: 5 pads, composed of 2 types of 15mm-thick foam (PE - PU).Shoulder straps: composed of 2 different foams (EVA - PU) 8 to 13mm thick.The chest strap has cushioning, & its height and width is adjustable.
We have reduced our environmental impact on this product
We have improved this product with an eco-design approach. To reduce our environmental impact, we use a mass pigmentation process that involves adding the colour pigments when the yarn itself is produced (dark grey colour, product reference: 8649496).
Waterproofing
The components of the bag are water-repellent so that you can temporarily continue walking/hiking in light rain. Caution: this backpack is not watertight/waterproof and it does not have a rain cover. If you want to continue walking/hiking in the rain and protect your belongings, we recommend the following model: ”10 to 20 L rain cover”, which can be viewed on our website, product reference: 8772113.
How is volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: we fill the main compartment, as well as each pocket, with little balls. Then we empty these balls into a graduated container, which gives the equivalent volume in litres.The capacity of the main volume of this bag is 16L. We also measured the volume with the 2 exterior side water bottle pockets, whereby its total capacity increases to 17L
Tested for optimum durability and strength
To guarantee the durability of the bag, laboratory tests are conducted on the components and assemblies to replicate the ageing of the backpack.For example, for a fabric, we test the resistance to abrasion and tearing, the colour fastness when exposed to UV light and washing, and the waterproofing. We use these tests to guarantee the bags for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase on the receipt.
How to adjust your backpack?
1 - Loosen all straps, shoulder straps and chest belt2 - Put on the bag3 - Buckle the chest belt, adjust its height and width4 - Tighten the shoulder straps (from top to bottom)5 - Adjust to fitYou’re all set!
How to fill your backpack?
Place the heavy items, e.g. laptop, picnic, etc., in the bottom and in the spaces provided. Pack your clothes around these items. Put the small belongings that you will use during the day (sun cream, map, sunglasses, etc.) in the pockets. Put the water bottle(s) in the outer pockets on the sides that are made for this purpose.
Product testing
It’s in France, at the foot of Mont Blanc, that our design team conceives, designs and creates Quechua products. We test them in the field with other hikers to make sure that they are comfortable and durable. This backpack has been tested and improved by hikers in different climatic conditions and different environments.
