Helps with push-ups and my tight wrists. They are stable and I like the height. Could be a bit more comfy but it’s ok.

For the price is doing the right thing and amazing grip and not slipping
Bought to get into calisthenics. Nice feel to them but the grips arent as comfortable as it was more comfortable
I would have scored the product higher if the handles had had more padding around them. Also, they are slightly slippery when exercising on hard flooring.
i find that having a tight grip makes most things better

Working the pecs, shoulders, and triceps with dumbbells, in parallel with push-ups, will help you improve faster.Here is a workout that combines the two: - Push-ups: 3 to 4 sets of 8 to 12 reps (with elastic band or weighted gilet to add difficulty if needed)- Military press with dumbbells 3x12- Triceps extension with dumbbells 3x12Remember to always keep a 2-3 rep margin at the end of your set.
