Bought this for my freediving trips and it's been a top performer. The hat fits just right and provides excellent UV protection between dives. It's lightweight and stays put, even in windy beach conditions. A must-have for anyone spending time on the sea or beach to stay shielded from the sun. Highly recommend it!
Comfortable to wear.
When ducking to pass under the wave, the hat comes off the head. Impossible to make it hold even with full tightening

Very cool hat. Top workmanship. In some cases significantly better than some large manufacturers.
Used for sailing, as the wind tears off the caps. Very good, comfortable and yet I hate having a strap under my chin.
Super practical in summer when I don't have the Neoprene hood. We don't have a great "look" but a great product to stop burning during surf sessions.

It protects from the sun, wind and waves. Ignorant people mistake it for a fisherman's hat and make fun of me but the comfort is exceptional at 360°. I also have a gray one I bought years ago which is more enveloping!

This hat has 2 tightening systems: - An adjustable neoprene chin strap for a secure hold in the waves, especially during duck dives or falls.- An elastic tightening strap around the head to adjust the size of the hat and increase its hold in waves.Designed for surfing and bodyboarding, also suitable for dinghy sailing, stand-up paddle, sea wading, windsurfing, kitesurfing, etc.
Behaviour when in the sun
Although this hat protects from the sun, phenomena such as reflections (from water, sand ...), heat, time of day, etc. must be taken into account. Wearing this hat does not exempt the wearer from following the relevant advice: wear sunglasses, regularly apply an appropriate sun cream, wear an anti-UV top or shorty, drink regularly, etc.
