Perfect colour and shape easy to carry
Great paddle, with a slotted adjustable handle which makes setting the height easy and prevents any play in the handle when locked off. Paddle is well built with very little play in any of the joints and fit an aluminium paddle it’s a good weight - light enough to be comfortable but without feeling flimsy. Grip is comfortable, even when paddling for extended periods - all in all a great, well designed product at a great price, backed up by Decathlons excellent after care.
Recommend the paddle as it divides in half and fits in the bag. Floats and suitable for kids or me. This is the second paddle kit we have now and bought the same again after nearly two years with the other one.
Lightweight, sturdy and good price. I've used it for some long trips (4-5 hours) paddling and was comfortable to use. No issues.

Reasonable price and ideal for SUP
we bought a second paddle board and my son fell off and let go of the paddle and it sank without trace. luckily he was near to us and shore and we could rescue him. We spoke to a Kayak trainer who was at the site and he was horrified.

Adjustable
To adjust the paddle, open the latch, pull the handle to the desired length, then close the latch. The alignment rail ensures that the handle is properly in line with the blade. If it is not fastened tightly enough, open the latch and tighten the metal screw. The paddle should be adjusted to around 6"-8" higher than your head: E.g.: A person of 6'3" (75") adjusts to approximately 83" E.g.: For a person 4'11" (59") tall, adjust the paddle to 67"
Disassembly
To disassemble the paddle, press the push pin on the back of the tube and pull on the parts to remove them. Disassembling the paddle allows it to be kept in the SUP bag, or put in the trunk of a car. The disassembled paddle is 35" long.
Grip
For better grip on the shaft, apply a little wax to the handle.

How to maintain your paddle
After a stand-up paddleboarding session, it is important to rinse your paddle with clean water. To avoid salt crystals building up on the tightening bolt, the push pin, and inner tubes, rinse the paddle in warm water. So you increase the lifespan of your paddle. In case of breakage or loss, blades are available in our After Sales Service section (Ref: 8648642).
