I ordered these shorts according to the size chart and based on other Decathlon products I’ve used. They run large and are not adjustable. If I were to order them in the future, I would pick my regular size instead of sizing up as I do for many Decathlon products. Other than that, the fabric seems of good quality and they are comfy!

loved these shorts, they are quick drying and super comfortable
I returned these as I found they were large but also when I did try the smaller size on, I found them not very flattering. for me it was worth spending a few more pounds and getting the more expensive ones.
Good shorts, smaller fit
Bought these for my wife to wear for paddle boarding in all this nice weather. Great fitting shorts , dry really quickly.
Good value. Being light weight they are ideal for abroad.
Die Hose ist ansich das was man für 10€ erwarten kann. Was mich etwas nervt, ist das der Kordelzug kein echter ist, sodass man die Hose nicht enger schnüren kann. Da ich relativ groß bin, brauche ich die Größe für die Länge, aber leider ist sie halt zu weit.
These shorts are priced really well and great quality. They fitted really well too, I was impressed.
This is a great simple product, with elastic fabric and nice look. The size is a bit large though. By looking at the picture I actually expected it to have a drawstring but it does not. However, it's something that can be added by the user. They also have no pockets or liner. Side mesh pockets would definitely be nice.

You are a beginner surfer
You are learning to surf or surf only a few times a year, during your holidays or on a surf trip. You stay where you can touch the bottom, in tiny waves or broken waves. You surf for the joy of being in the water and for the feeling you get from it. During your sessions, you often fall, but you fall in waves that are not very powerful. We have designed a wide range of swimwear for you to suit your occasional practice and your body shape.
Body shape
Ideal for learning to surf in broken waves, stand-up paddle cruising or snorkeling. With their slightly loose fit and low-rise waist, Tana boardshorts suit all body shapes. Its rather short length doesn't visually ”cut” the leg and creates a nice figure. Its drawstring guarantees great staying power during use.
Stays in place in the waves: the test
We design swimsuits that promise to stay in place in the waves. To test them, we use a panel of female surfers with different body shapes who will follow a test protocol in a pool at our design offices in Hendaye. This protocol aims to reproduce the sensations experienced by surfers when being thrown around by a wave. If this test is conclusive, we go surfing in the sea to test our swimwear in real conditions.

This product has been tested in use in Hendaye and has been subjected to numerous laboratory tests to guarantee the quality of use for which it was designed: tests on the fabric's elasticity and strength, colorfastness when rubbed, washed, exposed to sea water, chlorinated water and light, and tests on the product's overall performance after repeated washing.
