3 mm glued and blind-stitched neoprene. OK for water between 54°F and 63°F.
Zipper to make putting them on easier.
Rubber sole with non-slip patterns. Robust.
Semi-thin sole for good contact with the board.
Rubber strip on the instep for greater stability.
I bought these for use with my SUP which I use in the fairly cool waters of Scotland's lochs. They have a thick enough sole not to hurt yourself on any sharp rocks/stones and also have good grip when standing on the board. The neoprene is thick enough to keep your feet warm when getting on the board and when your balance lets you down!
They are good booties but a tad small for the sizing but still a great item
Kept my feet warm

When we are in the water, we lose more than half of our body heat through our extremities (feet, hands, head). Consequently, here are the recommended accessories: - in warm water and temperate water (>63°F) => neoprene low booties. - in cold water (54 - 63°F): High booties (boots) and gloves. - in very cold water (44 - 54°F): High booties (boots), gloves, hood and hooded top ... The 1st selection criterion when choosing a surf boot is the water temperature. Water temperature varies according to the location and the time of the year. Systematically make sure that the water temperature at your spot corresponds to the recommended temperature range: Warm water above 68°F. Temperate water between 62 and 72°F. Cold water between 53 and 62°F. Very cold water between 45 and 54°F. Visit the site seatemperature.org to find out the temperature of your spot.
A surfing wetsuit should be a very tight fit to ensure the best possible thermal efficiency. It is perfectly normal to have the impression it is too tight when trying it on in a dry position. Choose well-adjusted boots to ensure better support and avoid their being filled with water when surfing.
The 3 mm surf booties are made of neoprene to ensure better thermal insulation. The neoprene is lined with synthetic fabric for added resistance to wear. Neoprene thickness: 3 mm. Neoprene is a closed-cell polychloroprene elastomeric foam with trapped nitrogen bubbles that have insulating properties. We test and guarantee the thermal quality of our neoprene materials.
The seams are stitched and glued to ensure a watertight seal and durability. The seams are blind-stitched. The thread does not pass all the way through the neoprene, so water can't get through. The absence of threads on the inside avoids irritation and chafing. Patches for comfort and reinforcement are strategically placed on the inside in sensitive areas. Warning: water can, however, come through the zipper.
Our surf booties are designed to meet the needs of the most demanding surfers. Our design choices also make them compatible with other water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, sea wading or SUP (stand-up paddleboarding).
Our wetsuit models are also classified by water temperature range: Warm water, Temperate water, Cold water. Our wetsuits are designed to meet the needs of the most demanding surfers. Our design choices also make them compatible with other water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, sea wading or SUP (stand-up paddleboarding).
