I bought these fins to train at the pool. They are great, very light and comfortable - no chaffing on the first nor subsequent uses! Perfect to exercise and build some muscle strength.

a little big - however they do not come off in the water - good fins
These are very good for training in fact probably too good for propulsion hardly any arm trust is needed. The downside is they are very slippery in a pool on tiles so trying to stand up or put them on or off can be somewhat hazardous. But I will probably use them more at the beach or body surfing

I love these swimming fins. Use them to train legs.
Lightweight for holiday use. I tend to swim arms only, so get my legs working. Not as powerful as diving fins, but these are for training not sub aqua.

What are swim fins for?
A fin is a piece of swimming training equipment to work the lower body. You can simultaneously work on your heart rate and lower-body strength training (thighs, glutes, calves, core stability).

Movements are very close to “natural” swimming movements. The LONG blade guarantees a more sweeping kick and a stronger muscle workout.

Your 1st time using a fin?
Be careful not to start too quickly! The use of the fins should progressively increase to let the legs and feet adjust and get stronger and to avoid hurting the Achilles tendon.
