I used these water bottles to mix energy gels with water for the bike & run legs of Ironman Triathlon. Worked well.
We use these for our children, they fit perfectly in their pockets while we ski.

Perfect size fit well on belt.
I have been looking for some smaller bottles for a while and thought I'd try these out. The holders that they come with are great and fit perfectly on to my running belt. I did read some comments about issues with using the sports tops but they seem fine to me and don't leak at all. Very pleased.
Easy to fit onto belt and just the right size for a long run and comfortable to wear
did find that the pull top rather stiff and really have to squeeze the bottle before any liquid comes out which is a shame as i love these bottles as i put them in my cycling top with my aqua gels in them as its better than having to rip off tear tops from sachets as these bottles are no mess.

Fab not bulky and adequate for smaller hot runs
I took these for a test on my recent run and struggled to get them to just sit on the belt... They are very bouncy and kept turning my belt around all the time, and I find them pretty much impossible to wear... I tried turning them inside so the bottles would be pressed against by body by the belt, but this was not much more comfortable either. In the end, I resorted to holding them in my hands. The only use I can see for them now is really just keeping one or both in m hand while running, or using them during other activities (maybe biking?)
Perfect size bottles for short runs such as 10Ks. Unfortunately, the top is completely useless to use for running (or stationary fir that matter!). the top does not draw, so you can only squeeze not suck. However, this is solvable. Remove and chuck the top that the bottle comes with and replace with a Robinsons Fruitshoot top which is a perfect fit and you get a fully functional small drinks bottle that you can attach to any belt.
Very pleased to find a system which I can carry my gels which lets me take the amount I need rather than all at once. It is also useful to be able to slightly dilute the gel in one of the bottles to have slightly less intense hit - good to have the detachable containers and they are easy to clean!

Ich habe mir 4 Flaschen gekauft und nur bei 2 Flaschen lässt das Mundstück ausreichend Flüssigkeit durch. Bei den anderen 2 Mundstücken ist der Durchlass scheinbar zu eng und es kommt fast keine Flüssigkeit raus.
