I bought these pants specifically to use for ecological fieldwork in Cameroon. The zip/button side pocket on the left is great for storing valuables and the button-up pocket on the right side mostly fits my iPhone XR. It would be great if both pockets could be larger because they're both a little small; I would constantly have to make sure my phone or other gear hadn't fallen out of the non-zip pocket. Front pockets are pretty sizeable but it's hard to lift your leg up very high when there's a phone in them. Back pockets work well but aren't as deep as the front pockets. Material is thick, so beware if you're planning on using these in hot weather. I also found they ripped/snagged easily as I already have a small surface tear (and I wasn't even putting them through the worst of it - we're talking minimal thorns and things to get caught on) and some of the seams look like they might not last more than a few field seasons. Overall, though, as a hiking pant they're flattering and have more functional pockets than most women's outdoor pants. At the end of the day, I still recommend them and will probably end up buying more! I'm 5'6"/167 cm & 125 lbs/57 kg and bought W28 L30. Fit perfectly.
Great to wear and wash
Great pants. I just wish there was a smaller size available for me. I'm a size 34 and the smallest size available is 36 (European). It fits slightly too large around the waist/hips.
I purchased these pants for hiking while travelling, and have kept wearing them after. They're durable, and I'm very happy with some. Some stitching seems to letting go, but they're not falling apart.

Great trousers but pockets are pretty much useless, they aren’t deep enough to hold an average size phone.
The main problem is that the right hand leg pocket is not deep enough to close with an iphone in situ. Love the fact that there are 2 leg trouser pockets-really hard to find these days-Please just make the pockets a little deeper. Would prefer zips both sides too. Cotton is lovely and breathable and comfortable-much prefer to modern 'breathable' fabrics.
Nice general purpose trousers with plenty of pockets. Adding 2% elastine to the fabric would make them perfect.
Size 8 is a little bit generous but very nice trousers and best quality
This is the second pair of trousers I buy from this type. The previous one I bought about 2 years ago. Now I needed to replace it. I got uesed to the side pocket (put my enermous phone in it) so much that I was delighted that the same style still available! It fit like the previous one. The only difference is that the material is a bit lighter now, not that sturdy. Which is not a problem, especially in summer but this gives a bit different characteristic to this trousers. Now I bougth two pais of this trousers (same colour). The mateial is not strechy. It is true to size. I usually wear 16 and this size fits well. I am 165cm high and the leg is in length if I use the button on the bottm of the leg.
Only the size 6 comes in a 30 leg, everything else is a 31 leg. I wish these fitted me in the length as I really like them. Instead they will have to be returned and there is no suitable replacement in Decathlon. Poor show.

I have a pair in each colour. They feel great to wear, wash well and dry quickly which is also a bonus when out in the elements! The pockets are very useful too and both colours are lovely. I'm a fan!
The product is very good, but the pocket size is small, nowadays all have big smartphones. Pocket size must be bigger and dipper.
