Excellent for keeping extra heat in swimming in cold, kite boarding under helmet and even for scuba diving.
It really helps to keep me warm when OWS. I wear this for my regular lake swim as well as during several beach holidays. We often plonk ours on our kids as well if there are feeling chilly in the sea or. I would thoroughly recommend this hat!
Fits well. Prefer this design to the caps with straps below the chin.
It stays put, keeps my head warm and I forget that it's there.
I wear a silicone cap underneath to protect my ears as the neoprene cap slides a bit. Effective!
I needed something warmer than the standard swimming cap for open water swimming. It keeps my head dry and protected from the cold and it’s much easier to put on too.
excellent - rare to find - good price
It’s warm and it starts out well but as swim goes on I can feel it working it’s way off my head - so I end up tugging it down several times per swim.
Really warm. Definitely stops brain freeze. I read the reviews good and bad. I have long hair so opted for the L/XL as neoprene doesn't stretch in the same way as silicon. Love the ear guards, and the longer back helps reduce water getting in. Neoprene is not waterproof so your hair will get damp or wet, but many outdoor/Open water swimmers will double up and use a regular swim cap too.
This does exactly what it says it does. Its warm and comfortable to wear. What more to say?
It works warm head in cold water
I have a M/L and i do not have a large head but this hat does not stay on it just works it’s way up and sits above your head leaving the back and sides exposed

Thank you for your recent feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have some issues with our open water swimming cap. It is difficult to advise any solution in your case as it is very individual. I have seen many open water swimmer using both caps during cold months. Silicon first then neoprene on top. Maybe try this combination? Of course if this is not going to work for you as well then we will be very happy to accept return of the product and arrange full refund.
