I am interested in the bike but there a a small percentage of really bad reviews. If I receive the (final sale - no returns) bike and the gear box is defective or something is not functioning correctly, what can I do to fix it?
Answer:
Thanks for asking - if they are defective we will certainly warranty it. The Frame still has a lifetime warranty, as do the stem and bars. The rest of the components are warrantied against manufactures defects or flaws in workmanship for 2 years.
Question:
Does this bike have those eyes by the cassette and by the seat post, to mount a rear bike rack? I'm a bike commuter who rides with a pannier. That's important to me.
Answer:
Yes it does - It has both sets of rear rack eyelets

What is the material of the chain, the drivetrain, the brakes, the bolts, and the fasteners?
Answer:
Hardend Steel, Stainless steel, Chromoly, and Aluminium.

Got it during a discount. So I ordered online without hesitation. The item was delivered to my home earlier than expected. Comes assembled by yourself which is not difficult at all. I tried it out and really liked it. It's worth it.

Good bicycle. Worth paying for this.
For this price point, it’s a great bike. Easy to ride can overcome steep slopes. The seat are the only downside, painful bottom. But can get used to with adjusting how you seat. Or getting cushion seat cover.
I was lucky to get the remaining LARGE frame bike in store as Im 6'3" tall. The bicycle is comfortable, durable and has a relatively relaxed riding position. For the price it offers a good balance of performance and lightweight durability. The on/off road tires are especially good. With care I am confident this bike will still be great in years to come.

Very good cycle
No way this is a small size! I’m 5’3” and this is extremely too tall. I barely touch the floor. This is also not great for women. I am shocked they listed it for @ 4’11” to 5’5” now I’m stuck with a bike I can’t use. Never buying from here again.

I believe the bicycle I received was not prepped well by the mechanic before I received it. The hydraulic brakes started to fail after the first month. For some reason the hydraulic brake lever pressure became weak and wasn’t stopping the bike on time. Second incident happened when I pumped the tires up for the first time, the tube blew out and the psi was barely even at the recommended level. I had to send the bike for repairs just a few months after riding during the weekends. The worst part of the bicycle is the drivetrain. The chain kept dropping off due to poor derailleur adjustment. Even the plastic piece next to the crank that is supposed to stop the chain from flying off broke and I had to remove it. With the help of YouTube, I had to figure out how to adjust the limit screws and barrel adjuster. I guess after so much trouble, it is sort of working well for me. But for the original price, it’s not worth the time, effort and money. Not to mention the right grip appears to be reused because it was poorly cut to accommodate something that I assume is for a side mirror. One good takeaway is that I got to learn how to make basic repairs on my bike.
