When we bought this it was advertised as suitable for up to 80kg, this has now changed to up to 40kg. Explains why we have had issues!

Very good for intermediate to beginner surfers that are learning manuevers on shorter boards.
The Surfboards are excellent but... The pre-sales, website payment system and shipping packaging sucks. Pre-sales & Websitrs Couldnt make a payment on their site cause they have some archaic payment system which doesnt work well. Called the company a number of times to complete the payment, they weren't helpful and no one called me back. Imagine not calling a customer who needs to just complete a payment Lucky for me, one of the guys who works there decided to help me . Shipping packaging The shipping packaging was terrible , wrong over sized box and filled loosely with some thermochol beads. The surfboard is excellent. I'd suggest go visit the store and pick up your surfboard until they up their game . Thanks

NICE FOR A BEGINNER.. REALLY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.
Habe mir das Board gekauft um damit auf der e2 zu surfen. Dies lief auch einige Male gut, doch dann brach die Spitze des Boards ab. Bin ca. 179 cm groß und 75 kg schwer. Beim Versuch das Board gegen ein neues zu tauschen (ca. 4 Monate nach Kauf) wurde mir gesagt, dass ein bruch nur durch mutwillige Zerstörung möglich sei. Meine Erklärung, dass ich das Board sachgemäß verwendet habe, wurde schlichtweg als Lüge dargestellt. Nach langem diskutieren wurde mir die Hälfte des kaufpreises als Gutschein gegeben. Die restlichen Kosten und die Bezeichnung als Lügner muss ich wohl dann selber (er)tragen.

vielen Dank erst einmal, dass du dir Zeit genommen hast und unser Surfboard von Olaian bewertet hast!
Es tut mir natürlich Leid, dass die Nose abgebrochen ist. Was genau passiert ist kann man nie ganz nachvollziehen. Mir ist einmal ein Board gebrochen, weil eine Welle im falschen Winkel darauf gebrochen ist. Jedoch musst du auch verstehen, dass wir prinzipiell ein max. Gewicht von 40 kg für dieses Board empfehlen (Absolutes max 70kg für gelegentlichen gebrauch). Es ist ein absolutes Einsteiger/Kinder/leichte Erwachsene-Board, dass härteren und häufigeren Ansprüchen durch die Konstruktion nicht standhalten kann. Du findest die Informationen bei uns auf der Seite oder auf den beigelegten Infoblättern auf dem Produkt.
Natürlich sollte dich niemand als Lügner bezeichnen! Die Ermessung jeder Retoure obliegt den Teammates vor Ort und wenn du das Produkt "nicht sachgemäß" also außerhalb der vorgegebenen Gewichtsklasse nutzt kann der jeweilige Mitarbeiter, dies auch als Grund anwenden, das Produkt nicht zurückzunehmen.

Für den Preis kann man eigentlich nichts falsch machen. Bin mit diesem an die E2 mit ca. 80KG. Bei den bekannten rauen Bedingungen gerade als Anfänger (Steinwände etc.) braucht man keine Angst haben. Kleine Cuts durch die Wände und ein paar Verformungen durchs "droppen" auf dem Board sind normal, es fährt sich aber nach wie vor gut. Ein punkt Abzug für die Leash, diese muss zwingend getauscht werden. Sie verdreht sich immer und stört ungemein.
Ich war auf der Suche nach einem günstigen Surfbrett und habe dieses Surfbrett gekauft. Ich musste mich erst dran gewöhnen,nach ein paar versuchen konnte ich damit gut surfen. Wow für 80 Euro.
Bin 65kg schwer und es geht perfekt an der E2, dank dem großen Volumen. Auch für schwerere (80kg) locker geeignet ;)
Das Board ist lediglich aus zwei Holzstäben und Schaumstoff gebaut, nach einer halben Stunden im Wasser ist die "Nose" gebrochen.

Vorweg sollte erwähnt werden, dass sich unser Surfboard nicht für starke Wellen und Surfer über 40 kg eignet. Der Aufbau aus zwei Holzstäben (Stringer) und dem Schaumstoff ist völlig normal bei Surfbrettern. Eine Ferndiagnose ist in diesem Fall schwierig, es wäre für uns sehr interessant zu erfahren wie es denn genau passiert ist, um uns ein besseres Bild zu machen. Ich habe dir hierzu eine Mail gesendet.
Dein Feedback zu unseren Produkten kann uns sehr weiterhelfen unsere Produkte kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Es wäre toll, wenn du mir den genauen ABlauf schildern könntest damit wir gemeinsam mit den Produktmanagern an einer Lösung arbeiten können.

Using the leash
WARNING: never hold your board with your hands or fingers wrapped in the cord. This can lead to serious finger injury.Properly install the leash by checking the attachment to the board.Practice removing the leash from your ankle in the event of a problem.
Usage precautions
Warning: Prolonged exposure to the sun or intense heat can cause detachment of the lining. We recommend keeping your board in shade and never leaving it inside a vehicle. Regularly tighten the fin with the key provided to keep water out. If you need to fasten the board to a roof rack, we recommend putting the board in a bag. The strap may damage the rail.
