Great kit for home gym. Has all the resistance bands and straps needed all packed neatly in a bag which is handy if you want to take it away with you. Straps are comfortable. Great value for the price.

This is good because it has different sizes bands and handles, though I think best for beginners. I find them great but not so good for my much fitter husband. Good for reps though
The black one snapped in the first week as they are really poor quality.

The band claims it can stretch to 3 times its length, but it straps and breaks after stretching to twice its original length. Quite dangerous to use especially when you need the resistance.

I really like this product. Instead of heavy equipments, I prefer to buy this. Resistance is quite good, it can be improved.

bought these on a whim to bring along for a 2 week hotel room quarantine. the instructions were pretty basic. but plenty of recommendations on YouTube to increase your workout types. I went back and forth between these band and the rubber band types, glad I stuck with these.

Low resistance is suitable for beginner and intermediate users for upper body and Pilates exercises. Medium resistance is great for intermediate users as well as for lower body exercises. High resistance is ideal for advanced users looking for strength training. These bands are mainly used for lower body exercises such as squats.
