great for incrimmental improvements
I bought the 20kg adjustable dumbell set but wanted to be able to increase my weight training in increments smaller than the 1kg and 2kg discs that came with the set. These 0.5kg discs are great, I use one on each end of my dumbell to get a balanced 1kg increase. They are really great and a superb price. The cast iron looks awesome too.

Amazingly accurate 10kg plate
was on sale at a great price, standard weight plates
My only problem some of these are always out of stock. Eg 10kg.
