Very comfortable and warm, without being too thick. Go up to below the knee and do not tighten too much. I use it for downhill skiing and cross-country skiing, but also for hiking in cold weather. So good that I bought a 2nd pair. Advantage of their 65% merino wool manufacture: the smell of perspiration remains acceptable, even after 1 week of skiing without washing them :) oO

Socks used in ski touring for more than a year (>20,000m +) and a little in alpine skiing. Very comfortable (more comfortable than my previous socks from a major Swiss brand). Warm and breathable, dries quickly. A real joy. Well done Decath!

The size chart for this model is more precise than for other models in the range: 1 sock size covers 3 foot sizes instead of the usual 4. This model is also designed with asymmetrical feet (differentiated right and left foot) for a perfect fit. We always recommend you go for a little too small rather than slightly too big.
