Great help in yoga and Pilates, it’s wonderful to feel capable of the poses.
As someone who has a bad knee this makes a huge difference in my yoga classes. Saved me from buying a new (thicker) mat.
Pleased with the product but was burned by not realising there was only 1in the price/order-so had to pay for two postage’s to get a pair

Young girl was very helpful, even there was man in charge said , don’t think we do stock the yoga pads. She went out of her way to help me. I recommend about six peoples to come to your store. Very comfortable pads.
These are easy to transport and use in my yoga and Pilates classes

I've been struggling with kneeling during Pilates exercises. The pad is easily moved into position and gives good cushioning for sore knees. An even surface is much better than grabbing a cushion off the settee for online classes at home. So good I bought 2 and they fit side by side easily.
I stopped yoga and pilates due to the pains in my knees, toes and hands (Arthritis) Someone suggested trying these and they are brilliant!
useful yoga kit
A very useful pad for any practice that involves the knees or wrist on the floor. Seems durable and for sure is very comfortable
This pad is good to use when doing warrior and other poses that put pressure on the knee joint. I used to fold my mat up to create more cushioning, but I no longer need to do so after getting these pads!
